Great salesmen (David Palmer) and great mechanics in the back, poor service management.

Their website was very user friend, and made searches very easy.

They always take care of me and my car. In the long run the extra cost of a dealership is well worth it.Updated july2019: I am changing my stars from four stars to one star. In the past they have done great work and treated me great. However most recently I had my suv in for AC problems and I won’t go into details but it wasn’t fixed. Instead my thermostat was replaced. $400 later AC still not fixed but the thermostat is new.....My suv is a few years older but I try to keep it in top shape. There was no reason for a quality mechanic to do what he did. Now I have to find a mechanic that has GM AC training and certification to get my AC fixed obviously... very unhappy and HOT need I say...

If you need service, this is your shop. Ask for Tod, hes extremely knowledgable and has a strong work ethic.
