Ended up fixing myself but they did accommodate my schedule and a Technician called and checked the day of the scheduled repair.

They had the part I needed. They are very nice and knowledgeable. Will do business with them in the future.

Came out the next day and fixed my chest freezer that had stopped working. Some mice had chewed through a few wires and once replaced it was worked great .

They were fast, efficient and economical. I would refer them to anyone!

He refused to help me after hearing I was African American over the phone. The entire time he pushed me to call someone else. I asked if I could just schedule an appointment with him for tomorrow jic I couldnt find someone else. He refused. He told me to call someone else because he didnt prefer front load washers. He then called back to tell me he was in his 60s and that he has been running his business since 1992 and he can pick and choose what he wants to do. I love being an American!
