I liked the place. Fairly clean. The machines were in working order. Not too expensive. The place was a little dingy, though.

We’ve been using Borinquen for wash and fold service since we moved to JC in December. They have been excellent. Quick pickup, timely drop off, never an issue with missing items, and the price is always right. Keep doing what you are doing!

I absolutely LOVE their service. It is very reasonably priced for their quality of work. They pick up and deliver for no additional charge and the clothes are always clean and neatly folded. This place is a blessing for Jersey City and I dont want to ever do my own laundry after finding this place :)

Very reasonably priced and incredibly friendly owners who offer pick-up and drop-off. And the clothes are always so nicely folded! Ill be lucky to find another laundromat of this quality whenever I move elsewhere.

I live right across the street so its very convenient. Its a very welcoming place that never crowded. A Spanish woman is usually there to greet you, and really gives the place a comfortable energy. I felt safe enough to leave my basket there alongside my machine. They are high quality big machines as well.

The lady working here was so friendly and helpful! Most laundromats are dirty and dingy but this one was so fresh and clean! The washers and dryers look brand new and I didn’t worry about my clothes at all. I highly recommend!

I used their washer and dryer and it left my comforter smelling like burnt piss, even though I did a delicate cycle and dried on low tumble dry. I tried calling to ask for advice on what to do and even offered to pay to have them wash if for me, told I was going to get a call back and never did. Called back multiple times leaving voicemails without a returned call. Just spoke to someone today and they said they do not speak English and hung up.

The staff at Borinquen are the most friendly people! They learned my name and treat me great. The hours, location, and atmosphere are all perfect. The only laundromat you need. A+.

Great place -- been using them for a couple years now for laundry and dry cleaning (suits for work). Ive never had an issue with their quality of the service and work.

Poor to no customer service at all, there will be no one to help you if something goes wrong with your dry cleaning. Dont recommend, there are better places around.

I am a german tourist. Currently living in the Hyatt Regency. This laundry is only a 15 min walk away . And it is really need. With free WiFi. Among a friendly surrounding. Y se hablan español tambien.

I reached a few minutes after their closing time but lady who was working there let me use the washing machine and dryer. She even unlocked her office to sell a sachet of detergent to me.

Good service and the owner very helpful and friendly, I loved it, I recommend it
