Cold option on majority of the washer machines DO NOT work. Items come out hot even when cold wash cold rinse is selected. Some of the smaller machines DO NOT FILL UP WITH WATER. Behind some of the dryers you can see actual fire flames. The women there are rude and pretend to not speak English when there is a problem concerning the machines.. but will speak english in normal conversations with you. They also have a terrible habit of changing the heating option on the dryer. They will do it right in front of you. Example! I put it on Low they will change it to High. Its so frustrating and has been for years. They need to change the staff that works there and AT THE LEAST put up signs on the machines so we know what machines give us what options.

Ill be honest and say I havent washed here. Walked in with my laundry and saw how moldy and rotten the detergent area was. Nope. Are you really cleaning it if youre throwing mold onto your clothes?

Worst laundromat ever!I’ve been there for today at first time, it was a huge mistake!I didn’t leave my stuff in the dryer many hours but some indian guy took out my clothes from the dryer even few items was still wet and anyway they don’t have right to touching other ppl stuff middle of the pandemic,and of course not wearing a mask!! Disgusting ppl not recommend this laundromat at all!!

I love this laundry mat . Im comfortable there, its a friendly place and the attendant there is very curtious.

Place is dirty, dryers dont work and owner rushes you out at night before 9 pm without even cleaning the place.DO NOT GO TO THIS LAUNDROMAT AND SUPPORT A CROOKED OWNER WHO DOESNT CARE FOR HER CUSTOMERS!!!!!!!!

They do a good job as far as making your clothes smell fresh and clean. The problem is sometimes, they forget to log that you paid and they will make you pay again!!

The person working the front doesnt wear their mask, so sitting and waiting for laundry isnt safe - but if you leave and laundry sits after washer shuts off, its removed and put in a cart. NOT safe business practices in the time of Covid!

Dont ever send your cleaning there!! Had the nerve to charge $70 for less than a dozen items and they came back stained up. Place is a joke. The women who work there look like they hate their lives.

The only reason I gave one star is because I had no option to go lower than that. I gave five shirts for dry cleaning and requested them to not screw them up because I had earlier experience with them. They were like No worry sir, we take good care :-) in their own sluggish accent. I took the receipt and came back home. After couple of days, on Monday, I went back to collect my shirts and to my horror they were all stretched! When I asked them about my shirts, that old lady with eyes of a witch in the counter asked me for my receipt and wouldnt give my receipt back and said take your shirts or leave them here, we cant do anything. I stood there for 15 mins for here husband to show up and he too was no better than her. The husband after looking at the shirts said we give your shirts to some big company sir, we dont handle your shirts, I can send your shirts for ironing again and well see if they can repair it back. I asked him what if they cant get it back to normal? He replied sir, I will send them to the company, when it comes back you either take it or leave it, thats all I can do.To anyone who cant believe it, just give them your shirts and see for yourself. You will get to see their true colors after that. They just act nice all the time.

One, this place doesn’t have a bathroom or a sink available. Two, BEWARE OF THE DRYERS. DO NOT DRY YOUR WHITES HERE!! I’ve washed here for the past few years it was close. I washed/ dryed a white coat at Vera’s; the coat had black marks running down the front; an attendant said she would clean it again for me. I got the jacket back it had blue spots on it. I spoke to the manager who told me it was my problem. The manager was rude, I had to call her over the phone. I am not surprised at the quality of service. The dryers always have tons of lint and the traps aren’t usually closed.... I feel like maybe it is my fault for washing there even when I saw the lint traps. Anyway, BEWARE of the DRYERS!

Its a clean laundry matt.. prices are good as far as machine costs and reasonable prices are charged for the detergent and fabric softener that is sold there... two things i dislike... i noticed behind 4 dryers a large flame of fire. I asked the women, dhe pretended to not understand me. 2nd they will remove your clothes from machines even if youre 1 second delayed of removing them yourself. I understand if 5 to 10 minutes they are left there... people need the machines.. but right away? Ridiculous. They throw them in a basket and push them to the side. Living in jc and parts of ny people will be the exception and steal items if opportunities present themselves.

My rare 1 star reviews, because it is too small and not worth it being there, cramped and uncomfortable. I rather go down the street to another laundromat, which is much cleaner and more space.The main reason I do not like this place is that as it gets crowded, the of the annoying workers continues to take your cloths of the washing machine and throws it aside, I came twice as it is right next to my house. I thought it was just because I was late to put my cloths into the dryer and I will give them some doubt in throwing my cloths aside (Though I HATE people touching my cloths), as they are a small business and need to make money. But the second time I didnt want ot make a mistake of being late, I wasnt even late and right on time and I see this lady taking my cloths out already, what the... I was seriously angry and do not appreciate this kind of action.NEVER again! Terrible...

Its always dirty in here, their dryers messed up my towels and sheets and they had the nerve to tell me I put a pen in the dryer. Seriously ?? It looked like they havent cleaned the dryer .Going to another laundromat !!

The owner of this place, Farouk is very loud and rude. These people do not know how to behave with customers. Moreover he does not comprehend English very well and is bad at speaking it too.
