The place has really turned around from the last few times I have visited this place. I noticed there are new hires who really put the time and care into this laundry mat. I usually drop of my clothing to be washed by the employees. My clothes are usually done within less then an hour. The clothes also smell much cleaner and are folded much more neatly than they would’ve been a month ago.

I do laundry here and sometimes I also do drop off. The place is very clean and the employees are very nice. It’s just when they wash my white clothes whenever I do drop off they don’t use bleach. It’s best to do your laundry during the week because the weekends are very busy.

Thus place is great! I drop my laundry off every two weeks to get washed here! Customer service is on point and they get it done very quickly!

Overall nice place to do laundry. But theres been several times that the place is not open at the posted time. Today I waited an hour to no avail and its not the first time. Either update your opening hours, or hire someone that actually cares for your business.

They do have a quick turn around, my clothes smell and look clean. they do fold your cloths. But they dont bother pairing your socks together, they remove your delicate from the mesh bags you place them in to wash and dry. They cut too many corners for me to continue trusting them to care for my laundry. Very disappointing.

Woman who manages this place locked me inside the laundromat and refused to let me out to see my baby until I finished my laundry. It takes a half hour to wash and another 45 min to dry and I have a newborn baby who needs me and she REFUSED to let me out and threatened to keep my clothes if I left!! On top of that she insulted my newborn baby and thinks I dont understand her when she is insulting the patrons and customers in another language.update: she forced me to remove my items from the dryer and told me to leave before the drying cycle was done because she had to meet her son for dinnerThis place has been absolutely horrible since she started managingHere is a photo from that day of the shutters down while Im inside and she wouldnt let me leave

No frills, coin operated laundromat. There tends to be a wait for machines on weekends. Go on a weekday if you can.

I waant allowed to finish my drying cycle because the lady had to leave! I had to take my clothes out while it was stl semi- wet. So unprofessional.

It appears that this laundromat doesnt want business. Everytime i go there its always a problem with the guy that works there. My 1st indicent was when i went to drop off my laundry. I was told that if i didnt pay upfront my clothes would not get done. So i paid and was told it would get done that day. I waited to be called that day and nothing. I went by the next morning and the clothes was ready. The 2nd time i went was today. I went to drop off clothes and as soon as i walked in the guy asked if i had childrens clothing in my laundry. I said yes i do have 2 kids. He straight up said im not doing that. I asked why? He said he just aint doing it. I told him ill take my business elsewhere. There is nothing saying that they dont do drop off for childrens clothes, nothing. So whats the problem? Is it that you are lazy? That your boss paying you to turn away customers? Like why have a job if you aint gone do it? I bet he wont last here.

I was refused service yesterday by the woman who works there. She said because I have cat hair in my laundry she cant do it (allergies) and it cost her $378 at the doctors for medicine. Im sure, working in a laundromat shes touched worse than that! Horrible way to treat your customers!
