Terrible service and quality. I brought my car in to be detailed and not only did they simply not call me to let me knw it was ready (I had to go over myself at the end of the day to find out it was ready), not only had they not remove very basic deposits of sap (that could be removed simply with a thumbnail, as I demonstrated for them, though I had expected them to use better methods obviously), not only was there visible smudges all over the vehicle I had paid significant money to have detailed, but there were several BRAND NEW scratches across the hood and windshield of my car. When I pointed this out they just insisted that there was no way their process could have done that and refused to allow my to leave unless I paid the full amount for the worst detailing job Ive ever encountered. DO NOT PAY THEIR EXORBITANT RATES FOR DETAILING, they dont know what theyre doing and will leave your car worse than when you brought it in.

Good price for a quick wash, but not great quality. The main parts of the exterior were washed, but 100% of the nooks and crannies were still full of dirt. I had to redo it myself afterwards. Also, the exterior wash left a lot of streaks and Marks that could only come off with a wash elsewhere. I asked for vacuuming and mat cleaning as well, which they did, but the mats were just haphazardly thrown back into the car in the wrong orientation and I had to quickly fix them up while they shooed me off the lot.

Decent price, good for exterior cleaning but interiors were pretty much left untouched. I tried explaining to them that I am willing to pay extra to have the interiors cleaned properly but they did not bother.

I just went by for a car wash here, and had a great experience. To spend $10 for a car wash, and vacuum is such a deal, especially in the freezing cold & in the middle of a pandemic. My car looks great. If you have special needs or a luxury car, then wake up to the fact that you will need to find a specialized car wash spot, that will charge you something like $80 for the same service. Tip Big, and be friendly.

Terrible!! I went to the car wash with my girlfriend to clean the inside of the car. They scratched up the console and then proceeded to playing dumb. Nobody has cleaned the inside of the car other than us two. Scratches don’t just pop up and then i had to wait a day for the manager just for her to say they said they didn’t do it. Poor cleaning on the interior and left the windshield with water streaks

Had my wallet in the center console and went to pay. Gone after. Questioned everyone and they played dumb. Place is full of deceitful workers. If there was another car wash in the area this place would lose business fast

They did a really nice job. The vacuuming and cleaning of the inside could have been a bit better but they went above and beyond with the task of taking some sticky stuff off my windshield for me. Overall, friendly staff and good wash!

Worst Car Way In Jersey City they slash my Car floor Mats and when I went back and told him they Spanish guy try to give me some old ones. They nothing but a bunch of illegals that mess things up and then dont want to be responsible for anything.

Great service for exterior car wash. Takes around 3-5 minutes total, and it only cost $9 !The only thing is if you drive there based on Google map, you need to watch out exit and entrance. Make sure you enter from the entrance.

Absolutely terrible service, I will never go back. You can never get a hold of them via phone and if you drop off your car, they turn you away. Most recently, we called the night prior to ensure they could take the car, my husband cleared the car and dropped it off before 8am, I was forced to walk my 6 month old to daycare in the freezing cold, and as soon as he arrived, he was told they couldnt take the car.... and the place was completely empty. My husband and I are livid at the customer service and utter lack of respect as a working professional. We will never go back and I suggest you take your business elsewhere.

Been to Jersey city to meet a friend . Saw this car wash to be as hand car wash and was excited . They didn’t do a proper job in cleaning my roof and rear side of my SUV.

This place is horrible. They leave the car wet and reuse the same ole towels. If you wanna keep the value of your car and your paint job,then dont go here. Its better to go to a machine wash and dry yourself..

I came out of the car wash with a marginally cleaner car. There was still soap left on the mirrors and the back gate. The inside was not vacuumed outside of a lazy effort my child could do. Perhaps this is why it is so inexpensive.

They say they’re open till 6 PM on Sunday and they close at 5:45 I’m a regular customer and got shut out that’s poor customer service

This is a great place to wash your car, is a hand car wash, not the expensive and people are polite. Wish they would have more spaces for customers to stay inside, avoid the cold weather or buy staff for theirs cars, other then the is marvelous. 🙂😊

Don’t waste $1 here. They left my car wet and dirty inside and out. They didn’t wash my mats even after I asked them too politely. They also did not rinse the soap off properly. They do not take care of your car.

Liked the service, had a good car wash for the provided price. Even got refunded for a miscommunication.Just that the cleaning towels seem old as their strains come out and that you can see them on the car.

Drying towels are guaranteed to put swirls in your paint. Also highly likely any parking meter quarters in your cup holders will be gone. These kids should also clearly be in school during the weekday, not drying cars. Would gladly pay a few bucks more for a higher quality experience. All drying towels should be fresh microfiber and labor should be legit working age folks who know what theyre doing and take pride in their work.

$14 and a $5 tip and a car comes out filthy! luckily for me I had some towels and a spray to clean up the car to make it look like it was washed. Now I have to wait till I get home to get Windex and clean off the grime on the windshield. This is the second time in two weeks and for sure I will not be back. So please dont waste your money and find another car wash

My car was really dirty, I havent washed it for a long time even inside was really bad and i went to city car wash and for less that 10 min my car was like new. It was cheap and they are working really fast. So good job to the lady manager there. She definitely know how to do her job.

If you need a quick car wash just to clean it inside and out and make your car look clean, this is your place.If your car is especially dirty like you just came back from a car rally/off-road, you might want to skip this place.For the price, they do a good job. But they do a job that literally is as good as the price. If your car needs special attention, some other place might work better.Cash only as far as I recall.

DONT GO! THEY WILL RUIN UR DAY!!!The cashier asked for extra money for my small size suv, refusing to let me go saying I have to give tips. After I gave $2 tips, he stopped the worker vacuuming my car, and force me leave without giving me receipt. This manager has no manner of business.

For the price you can’t beat this car wash. I suggest you go when it’s not busy as they tend to overlook certain areas of the car when cleaning. It’s understandable to a certain point because in the location they are in if you have a line it blocks traffic. On that note as a paying customer you want to get what you pay for. When it is not busy they do a great job.

I dont know what happened they used to be very good,but the last couple of times it was just bad. Today I had to clean the windshield afterwards they left all streaks and left all soap marks on the body. Had it vacuum wasnt good either just a poor job all the way around wasted 14 bucks. Definitely not coming back.

The wash looks like it’s from a developing country. A bunch of children run up to clean your car with bath towels. There is soap stains left all over your car. Terrible

For a quick Wash this is a great place to go. It may not be the best Wash job but honestly it is a good price to get the job done. I have spent more money at other car washes and it wasnt worth it. I go here at least twice a month!!

Great service for a good quick clean of the outside of your car but the interior service with vacuum is really not the best and not worth the extra cost.

It seems like their motto is speed over quality. Very disappointed with the lack of attention to detail. I have soap marks all over my car. Not very clean from the inside either. Staff is polite hence the 2 stars.

Horrible! They Stole my bath and body works air freshener clip in for the car!!! Also left soap ALL over the car!!Drove in and rolled window down to ask what service they offered and immediately got sprayed with the chemicals from the car wash. Was all over me and the inside of my car! Will NEVER go here again!!!!

They did a great job, very efficient and no issues with scratching. Most of the rags they used were clean looking (ie not black/dirty). The manager was really great at making sure the guys were getting everything done.

They splash my coffee that was in holder and made stain on my fabric car seats. They dont really care. Do some dump job. Its ok for super quick wash but I wouldnt go back for my precious car. Also leave splash of cleaners unwiped.

A nice little no frills drive thru car wash. They guys vacuuming and drying do a good job, and if you see something they miss theyll come back to your car and take care of it.

Horrible! Do not waste your money! Go to the car wash on Grand Street instead. City car Wash basically just pushes the dirt around and my vehicle looks worse and before I brought it to the car wash. Expect to pay more than double of what their price list displays when you first pull in. WTF

These guys are pretty good but if its really busy youre not going to get the same kind of service as when theyre not. They do detailing as well.

Fast and clean car wash

If you want to keep paint on your car - avoid this place. They start rubbing before even making car wet. Left two scratches on my car. Talking to them was a waste of time: its not us, we use soft clothes... Geico rep around the block during inspection told me another client came from the same place right before me. I wonder why are they still in business.

These people are very fast...but they leave drops and some water on the car unwiped which then make spots on the car. The lady(owner/ cashier) doesnt xare if you are complaining about something. She will not even say ok to show shes listening. Take an extra cloth with you to wipe your car esp the rims.

Prices are good but they left a lot of dirty cloth marks.

Great value car wash - very quick and thorough wash

Its my goto place for car wash services, primarily because of its location and proximity to my home; and secondly, they do a decent cleaning for $10 (that includes armorall on tires). I am on my way in 10-15 minutes.On the cons side, their cloth drying is the only thing that i dont like. Their drying cloth leaves warermark on my windshields. Which is visible from my rear view mirror during dusk and dawn. Thats a small thing whoch they can improve by using better quality drying cloth.I would continue going to this place and would definitely recommend for fast service at reasonable pricing.

Avoid this car wash if you value your car.They scratched up my car with the hand towels when drying it. The towels looked dirty so there must have been something sharp in the towel like a pebble.When I confronted the manager he said it must have happened while my car was parked on the street or in a lot. Big circular scratches on the side and top of the trunk, from another car ... right. It was obvious how the scratches got there but the manager wouldnt hear it. He wouldnt give me his contact info either.
