Incredibly excellent customer service! Staff was extremely professional and polite. Ramzi and Issa were extremely knowledgeable and a pleasure to be around. The explanation of service required, quality of service and price exceeded my expectations. Ramzi genuinely cares about his employees and customers. I observed Ramzi saying to staff members “please” and “ thank you”. In short, Ramzi Auto Repair is a trustworthiness business where everyone is treated with respect and the quality of service is excellent !

These guys get it done. Fair pricing and straightforward service; feels like a solid and trust worthy autobody shop for sure. They tend to get busy so call ahead, share your details; they likely have parts already for quick a turnaround. Their convienently located off JFK but arent downtown so its very easy to get in and out.

Have been going to Ramzi for a couple of years - they have done oil changes, tire rotations and repairs, brake fixes/replacements and also fixed the stereo when the fuse blew. Really competent and honest and has never overcharged/estimated - I was ready to replace a tire but he was able to patch it and keep it going longer. Awesome people!

Very expensive charge just to put air on my two tires which he only did it for 2-3 minutes. The guy over charge me $5.00. I will never go back there.

Had taken my recently purchased used car for a complete check-up, dropped and picked my car the same day, the mechanic told health of the car is good, 2 days later my battery died(not because the lights were on). Went for a 2nd opinion where I came to know a lot of others problems which Ramzi auto repair did not bother to check or inspect. Would not recommend them

Ramzi is most honest mechanic in Jersey City. Fixes are long term and cheaper than other mechanic. Highly recommended.

I used them once to replace my ignition switch. The owner of the shop said he changed the switch. To his surprise I marked the switch. When the job was done I checked and the old switch was just repaired not replaced. Owner claims to have replaced it. The owner is a liar and a thief. POINT BLANK... DO NOT GIVE HIM YOUR VEHICLE

While driving on JFK in Jersey City last week I realized that I was leaking brake fluid and needed immediate brake service. I pulled into the first shop I found which was Ramzis Garage expecting that I was most likely going to be taken advantage of because I really did not have many other options at that moment. My experience was anything but what I had initially expected. Ramzi took me in immediately and fixed my brakes for me. Not only did he do a great job very quickly, but he also charged me less than what most any mechanic would have charged. I was extremely impressed with Ramzis professionalism and honesty. I give Ramzi 5 stars because not only is he a great mechanic but he is also the most honest mechanics I have ever met. Thanks Ramzi!

This shop is not good. My car become worse than before after repairing at this place. He just takes money from you and dont even care to check your car properly.

Oil changes, tire work, minor body work, this shop does it all, happily, cheaply, and well. Highly recommended.

They charged my brother $10 for taking off a fuel cap and it took 10 seconds. That was a rip off. If the mechanic struggled to take it off it would make more sense but it took 10 seconds!
