Called about pricing for wheel alignment; quoted 89.99. Once I arrived for appointment was told $24.99 diagnosis fee to see if my car was ready for alignment. They didnt start work on my car until almost an hour after appt time then told me work couldnt be done because all four tires were bad. They left oil on my matt also.

Been going here for years. First time in a while and Im happy I chose to go there this morning. Missed seeing the same old gents but the lady working the front got me together.

I miss the old management Bob took care off people when he said hell call you and give you a quote he did just that. I had an appointment 9:30am Friday my car didnt get pulled in till almost 2pm never got a call telling my how much Ill have to pay like I was told. Didnt get a call today which is Saturday like I was told not to mention I was told Id get my car back today now theyre closed and I have to miss a second day of work because I still dont have my truck,again I was told Id get a call but didnt....new management not as great as old.

Welding on my exhaust that had some pin holes and a small cut on it from being so old. Took 4 hrs, but so worth it, especially for the price!! AMAZING customer service!! Only drawback is that some customer was blocking the entrance when picking up, which was ridiculous and ignorant. Since there were 4 parking spots available. Not sure why she was rude and just glared and didnt move. She was picking someone up. We had to jump the curb to get around her for me to get my car.

I have a 2019 Hyundai Elantra. Initially my car was brought to the west floridsant  shop  and I waited 5 days to get a diagnosis regarding my car repair.  That was due to the shop having issues with no heat and water because f inclement weather..However I was patient with that as I had the car towed due to no power was getting to engine and rattling soundOnce they finally looked at the car I got a call asking me what was  wrong because they got the car to start just fine. I explained that the car was stagnated with no power and made a rattling siund .  Then I called back the next day they said they woukd call back however, I never got a call back and  had to call tem back. They then haf a managet to speak wiith me and told me iits the fuel pump and it would cost 835.00. She vindicated they would throw in a lifetime warranty due to the inconvienence  of how long Iit took to get my car repaired.When I picked up the car and drove off the lot I immediately noticed the rattling sound and the car was doing the staggering in power. I thought this cant be happening again after paying over 800 dollars however,  the more I drove the more it became apparent the issue was not addressedand nothing was doneI had to wait for a day I could take it back and wait for it because I was not going to leave it again like before. I took it back waited several hours then I finally got the diagnosis that its the catyalitic converter and sensors that need to be replaced and they told me to take the car to the dealer.Took my car to another shop did not tell them what was wrong and the presented same diagnosis of catyalitic converter and sensors.  I had the work done and now the car runs great.I was swindled to psy for a part that was not necessary and I want to be reiimbursed.I have made several attempts at Car x to contact someone to discuss my issue and was told the district manager would call me backHoevet, He never have called. I was given the phone number of district manager  Sean Keely and I have left four message s over  the period of a week and have not received a call backPlease give me the Corporate VP number or the number  of who is next charge to resolve my iissue

Just depends on which one you go to, definitely dont go to the Page location in Overland. In fact, I wouldnt go to CarX period.

I bought brakes and roters about three years ago and paid 1k for lifetime and now they cant find me or my car in the system amazing so needless to say they wont honor it

These guys literally went above and beyond. They made sure they were following social distancing rules, especially made sure I was SAFE and COMFORTABLE, like wow! I know we showed up a bit late but it took 4 hours to get an oil change, wheel alignment and emissions test done. Then he didnt even give the coupon that is on your website for $20 bucks off the wheel alignment! Whats that about? that is not ok, not good customer service at all. And then he says that there is lots of issues with my car and each service will cost 1200 for each procedure, which they are both different! Sounds fishy if its the same cost for different things. I dont think we will be back.

Went in for a slow leak in my back driver side tire. So I had them do a oil change while there. They came back with a $800.00 bill of stuff they said they found. Nobody asked them to touch nothing else. When I declined the lady said if I was I wouldnt drive to far. My car was fine before I came. When I left I had to drive 5 miles brakes barely stopped. Wheels was scrubbing. Car has been down for almost a month. Very disappointed customer😢😢

This is my new repair shop! Bob was so great! He had bad news to deliver, but was very gentle in his delivery. He took time to explain the problem in detail and even explained how/why my brakes were shot. I thought I just needed pads, but my whole system was messed up. My appointment was at 4 and by the time the guys in the shop fully discovered the problem, the time was nearing 5 and they close at 6. My husband and I were discussing how we would share one vehicle in the morning and Bob took it upon himself to have his guys stay late, so we could get my car back. This is ABOVE AND BEYOND customer service!!! I know this shop has their customers best interest in mind and they are not out to rip you off. I will be back 🤩

Great job. My mechanic took the time to respectfully educate me. It was worth the visit. I highly recommend them.I was passing through town, but they acquiesced my request, on short notice.I wish management would institute better boundaries for their mechanics so that they arent pushed to breaking, themselves.I wouldnt have minded stalling service for another time. Peace of mind is the greatest treasure of all.

My favorite shop to go too. I know Bob tired of seeing my Cobalt coming 😂😂 but any slight issues I take it to them. I live in 30 mins away passing up other shops and Car X. So that should tell you. I also remember one time I felt the mechanic didn’t fix the issue he and another mechanic went to look at it. That’s pretty dope to me. The only reason I didn’t give them 5 stars because the PRICES 😭😭😭 I mean they are HIGH but my car do be fixed. Lol

I recently had an oil change done at this location and I could not be more pleased with the service I received. Upon arrival I was greeted with a hello and a smile from, I believe her name was Danielle. I had my 4yr old with me and she was so sweet to him and accommodating. I was planning on coming back because she had mentioned I needed a couple new tires(which I do!) But she no longer works at this location. Bob’s customer service is always 5/5 stars whether it’s over the phone or in person! I’m a frequent buyer of CarX’s “Family Pack” for my oils changes which also includes complimentary tire rotation too! Today, I had an appointment to get some maintenance done and Bob went above and behind in trying for find me the best price! Nothing like having a local mechanic that you can trust! You could be a walk-in or make an appointment, but mind you Saturdays are walk-ins only so arrive early!

I work near this location, and though I have a mechanic I generally use - and have gone to for decades - I would definitely recommend this CarX location. Ive dropped cars off here without an appointment and theyve always looked at them quickly and repaired them quickly as well - in plenty of time for me to pick up before I left for home that evening. My recommendation is also based on how they treat their clients. There are some very poor areas near this location, and Ive witnessed them working with their clients to prioritize needed repairs and postpone things that could wait in order to keep costs down. They are very patient and polite. This shop is also very neat and clean, which is impressive for an auto mechanic!

I took my car in yesterday to get service before a road trip Thinking that I was only going to need my oil changed or something they found stuff that I wouldnt have even guessed and would have had me on the side of the road. Thank God I took it to them when I did. Dundee Was very helpful very professional and knowledgeable and explained everything that needed to be done. Most importantly the mechanics got it done that day. So I had my car back as soon as I got off work. I definitely recommend this location for your car service.

I dont know if its the confused look of woman in a repair shop that makes them explain everything to me slowly and clearly and double triple times or if thats just how concerned they are. The mechanics are more so customer service reps! Theres always a special and/or coupons online so the prices cant be beat. Also, Bob is the coolest.

Always seems like a minimal hour wait, no matter what time you get there and how many people are there...and you cant make appointments (I dont think). I wanted to leave and come back for safety and emissions vs wait and was told Id lose my spot if I left. I got the same response when told it would take about an hour and half to get an ID/OD inspection.Otherwise, I dont think I have any complaints.

Great service little expensive. Wanted 600 + to repair throttle position sensor. Found same part new on after market parts 24.00 made repair my self with help of YouTube.

High priced but the work is good. I recommend becoming a member or getting a VIP card. It does have some benefits

I went in to Car X today because I heard a loud noise around my tire area. Two techs Tim and Mandee helped me out. They gave good customer service and found the problem quickly. My problem was minor and they got right to it. I appreciate these two taking out the time and servicing my car in a timely manner. I am very satisfied and will be going back if I have anymore car problems.

They wanted to charge me $11 labour for putting on my license plates. This is after charging me $63 for oil change. A little customer courtesy and screwing in some screws you have to charge me $11 more .

Met Bob Eastham the manager and told him that my brake light came on. He inspected the brakes and told me my line was leaking. Explained in detail what was wrong and showed me the area damaged on my vehicle. He was patient, friendly and professional. Proven to be a nice place to take a vehicle for repairs. I strongly suggest this place to anyone . Great job Bob. If I need service again, I will strongly consider this location.

The service here is always A-1, from brake installation, new tires, and oil changes, to o2 sensors, catalytic converters and all of your service needs. They have excellent customer service, as well as sound advice to better maintain your vehicle.

I was taking of some business next door to car-x and upon going to my truck my back tire was flat to my surprise I didnt know how it got like that I went to Car-X which was right next door ask for help couldnt drive my truck just next door could cause more damage it was flat the rim was on the ground one of the tech went out of his way to get an air tank it enough for me to drive over and they repaired my tire it had a big thick glass in my tire I thanked them so much I had just got off of work was ready to go home and I was able to do just that and it is still working after they repaired it Thank You Car -X

Had my car inspected Fri went to DMV Mon. Found out inspection failed at DMV. Got repairs Tue 300 cheaper down the street and they wont reinspect till Wed... So cheaper and better service can be found at Andys.

Is a franchised mechanic $$$$$. I have revised my rating from 4 to 2 stars. You ever been so greatly over charged for something that you think about how you got taken advantage of for days. Thats my experience. I was charged more than the Dealer for an alternator job. You have to haggle the price of your parts to get a fair high price. Thats were the mark up is.

They are not truthful in their disclosure of there prices. $50 shop fees. Wasnt told that. I was told there was a lifetime guarantee, but wasnt told it was costing $151. Deceitful. Would NIT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.
