I was able to drop my vehicle off early to accommodate my work schedule, at check in the employees were very nice and the service was completed quickly! The very nice lady that worked the service desk reviewed the service receipt thoroughly and was so pleasant to deal with!

So its December 23 and Im driving from Houston to Savannah Georgia to see some family when my truck breaks down in Jennings LA. It was about 9am and the ONLY place to take me this holiday weekend is Bubba Oustalet Chevy to fix my truck before 1pm closing time to ensure I dont get stranded for the Christmas holiday (no rental car places were open near by). Without these guys Id be stuck like Chuck until after Christmas. They blessed me today. Can not say thank you enough. Ask for Connie Dewitt in services if you need a compassionate service rep. I went in for a oil changed a low pressure tire on a Friday. I had to go right back that Monday for the same tire that ended up having a nail in it

I met new staff personnel who treated me professionally and with respect. The work order was read back to me to make sure everything was included. And, even though I did not have an appointment, they were able to complete the work in a reasonable amount of time.

The wonderful and hard working people at Bubba Oustalet, went out of their way to help us. This is our second purchase within the year and we couldnt be more happy with the servicing of our first vehicle and the fun shopping experience we had with our second vehicle. Im 55 years old and Ive bought quite a few vehicles over the years but i have never had an experience like the one at Bubba Oustalet. Keep up the great work!

You fixed my car and redid the paint job on it after an accident. I had to take the vehicle back twice because you could clearly see white primer on my headlight lenses and in places where it was supposed to be red. After the 2nd time without having a complete paintjob I gave up. There are still areas on my car where you can see primer. Worst 1500 I ever dropped.

Quick to help sell me a car. Willingness to stay late for me to do paperwork was outstanding. Not too proud of the detail job on car though. Had low levels of fluid and tire pressure. Dangerous on a sports car.

My husband, Kevin, was happy to see that they washed the truck after the oil change. I was shocked to find out how much a transmission flush, spark plugs, engine checkup, and oil change/tire rotation would cost-$1000. So I only was able to get an oil change/tire rotation this time. Then @ the oil change time, they told me the dipstick was missing. Luckily it was found, but it was off to the side and in back like inside the trucks body cavity. It was a scare, but resolved.

The people that work here are so friendly! They are clear about what work needs to be done and the cost involved. Jaylan rode with me in my car to find a rattle in the back of my Tahoe. . He was so determined to fix my car he even rode around town in the very back of my car as we looked for bumpy roads. He found it and fixed it. He was so friendly and really seems to enjoy his job. That’s hard to find these days. Y’all have a great employee in Jaylan!(sp?)

Bubba Oustalet Chevrolet in Jennings is a state of the art facility with $1 service. It took over 30 minutes for the oil change where there were 0 vehicles in line. Plus the oil change was over $35 more than what Billy Navarre Chevrolet Charges in Lake Charles. The attendant attempted to tell me it was that expensive because my vehicle takes 8 quarts, and that they must have been putting 6 quarts in my vehicle at that price. I did not have time to dispute the issue with them as they had taken more than enough of my time. I guess thats what happens when you have a monopoly on the automotive market. I thought Boudin King was the King of giving people boudin. Now Bubba Oustalet has taken over the championship!!!

Bought a car back in august and it was a used buick rendevous. The car looked clean and we bought it as is on the assumption that a full inspection was done. Needless to say I didnt drive it an hour until the instrument cluster went out. Then 3 days later it over heated and had to change the thermostat. The thermostat was frozen shut. When we brought it to the mechanic after flushing the water out and still overheating,on the way there my cousin using his tow bar to tow the car there, car broke not one but 2 sabilizers on the tow bar. When we got to the mechainc and heard back from him next week he told us that he refused to fix it because the head gaskets were ruptured, the intake manifold gasket was bad and that the heads were possibly cracked. And he said that it would take more money to fix it than what the car was worth. So if they said they did an inspection, then they must have looked with their eyes closed!!!!
