I have recordings of the people saying they did wrong and was still told not enough proof. It took over 2 years to review my case. I had to call and call or they did not move at all. The company was allowed an attorney but I was not. How is that fair?

These fine people do a wonderful job getting everything that has to be done initially as quickly and as accurately as possible. Big SHOUT OUT to Sandra/Supervisor. Wonderful Lady made my visit feel like I got a case and went smoother than I thought possible. Thank You so much SANDRA

I didnt feel that my situation was taken seriously. By reading the RSMOs I have a legitimate case. I would have preferred speaking with an attorney, not a supervisor.
