Seems crazy that my daughters father is 15,000 behind, hasnt even bought her a pair of shoes in her entire 12 years of life, refuses to get a job cuz he doesnt want to pay child support on any of his 5 kids cuz hes a dead beat, doesnt even get to see 3 of them, and missouri is intercepting his taxes and stimulus checks, but Im not seeing a dime, but as long as they get their cut right? Missouri does NOT care about kids or their dead beat parents taking responsibility... they even gave him his license back. My response missouri? If youre not gonna make him take care of his kid, then you cant make me let him see her. I refuse to reward a worthless individual like you do.

You can hardly ever get through. Used to wait on hold for an hour or better, now it just takes you through some hoops for 5 mins and then tells you the operator is not available and hangs up! They are holding MY money hostage!

My husband and I have been calling for weeks because he’s switched Jobs and they never answer, in fact there’s not even a voicemail set up to where you could leave your number and information for them to call you back. My husband needs to pay Child Support and has no way to get through to them, therefore I will be driving up to this office tomorrow since they miraculously just so happen to not answer their phones daily. My husband is a Police Officer and will be on duty. I would like to note, this is a DAILY issue.

I was on hold for an hour and 40 minutes and got hung up on even before I got to speak to anyone (this was the first time). The second time I called I got to speak to someone and asked my question they put me on hold and once again they hung up on me. I never got any of my questions asked and Im super frustrated about it!!!!!

They received a payment of back support over a month ago but have not given it to me.I tried calling them today and have been on hold for over 30 minutes. Now it is after 5 pm...I am sure they have all left.

Randomly decided to take TRIPLE his court ordered child support from SSDI *and* his paychecks from his part-time job. When he contacted them, he was told it was a clerical error that would be fixed immediately. That was nearly a month ago, and theyre still stealing his money. The childs mother isnt receiving the excess payments so where are they going??? Into an employee’s pocket?? This is unacceptable.

Horrible customer service! Youre on hold for a minimum of 2 hours no matter when you call and they will never answer the phone.

HORRIBLE Service!! Cant blame the reps but this ENTIRE department needs revamping, fresh eyes AND an overhaul!!! The wait time is absurd!! Most times youre hung up on and have to start the process over, meaning more excessive hold times. They never have consistent information. The enforcement team does absolutely NOTHING BUT SIT ON THEIR HANDS FOR MONTHS AT A TIME!!! it literally takes 30 days for a follow up to say they dont have any other info. Its a WASTE OF TAX DOLLARS!! wish i could give it a NEGATIVE 5 STARS. This is probably the ONLY customer service department in EXISTENCE that isnt concerned about wait time, service level, accuracy of data NOR exception service. And they are letting them work from home!!! Cant even see anyone in person. WHO IS IN CHARGE???!!! THEY SHOULD BE FIRED AND FINED!!!

My ex husband owed back child support and paid child support enforcement a payment of almost $1100.00 its been two months since he made the payment and since the payment was made to the prosecuting attorney we still HAVENT received it!!! How is this helping familys??????????????? Were NOT happy!! Were cutting child support off as soon as the payment is made and hes going to pay me directly! How is this ok?!?!?

Worst system with the least knowledgeable people working in it ever. This is me speaking as the ‘child’ this place is supposed to support, not even as a parent. They don’t actually help anyone.
