Horrible customer service. Just keep saying call back in 2 weeks. Refuses to follow their policy and procedures. Tells you its not appropriate to involve a lawyer to make a dead beat mom pay 6000 in child support when she fled to avoid it. Sad really.
When was first placed on hold the estimated wait time was an hour.....after being on hold for 65 minutes, my wait time was still an hour.......DOES ANYONE ACTUALLY WORK THERE????

I have any number of machines in my home. I can talk to any of them anytime I wish and likely with more productive results. If you have a concern and would like to talk to a person about it, try elsewhere. If you want to consistently be frustrated or just need to increase your blood pressure, this is a good source for you.

Yeah. What can I say about these guys?Do not EVER, not even for one second, believe that any employee of the childrens division has the slightest hint of common sense. They are not your friends, they are not there to help you, and the last thing that they would show concern for is the well-being of children. The trick is, if you must stomach them for any significant amount of time, to play the circus march in your mind as they babble on, it is actually somewhat entertaining.

A waste of our tax dollar. Peolpe just sitting in chairs getting a check with no training. They dont even know their own policies and procedures. They hangup or transfer you when they dont have a clue. I feel even worse for the sick, elderly, abused, disabled and kids that these people have to provide them service and care.

Absolutely impossible to reach. Always receiving the message If you need to speak to a eligibility specialist hang up and try again...after trying multiple times for a week straight Im beginning to wonder if anyone actually works here.

Have tried to contact tjis office for over 1 week, and still havent been able to.
Been trying to call for 5 days - ALL DAY LONG EACH DAY...NEVER CSN GET THROUGH. ALWAYS DISCONNECTS ME!!! DISGRACEFUL!!!!!!!!
Talking to these people is worse than pulling teeth. Rarely answer a phone, takes forever to get a call back.Thats only my 30 year experience with them.
Been calling for weeks. The operators are ALWAYS unavailable, and the computer tells you to call back another time and they hang up on you!!
I was on hold for 50 minutes..literally 50 minutes... before someone could help me. Then they had to transfer me to a different department and the estimated wait time for the new department was 25 minutes *MORE* ....Im still on hold right now...They told me 25 minutes the 1st time! So does that mean that the hold Im on right now will be more like another 50 minutes again?
