They butchered my husbands hair. So choppy! The lady was nice and spunky, but had no talent at cutting mens hair!Had to go elsewhere to get it fixed!

I went there 20 minutes before their listed closing times, both online and by their shop. I was going to buy some shampoo and conditioner, and it was only 4:40pm on a Monday. They had looked like they had been closed for a while. I was super confused, and went to Fantastic Sams instead, and bought some of their products.

I had the woman do my eyebrows I wish I could remember her name she was friendly did a fantastic job no one usually gets them the way I like them done but she did and I will go back every month

Had a 9 Am appointment that I made over a week ago. Get here at 8:55 am waited till 9:25 am no one here. Locked up and lights out.No I was at the right place. I made the appointment in person over a week ago! I watched her write in the appointment book. Just ck it youll see my name there.

Aweful. Didnt listen to what I wanted and just cut all my hair off. Never coming again

I had a 4pm appointment scheduled and showed up on time and the salon was locked up and lights out. No phone call from them to let me know what was going on. I will take my business elsewhere after going to them for years they just lost a customer.

Always a pleasant salon to visit. Fefe does amazing styling and I will always visit here when I need a cut or dye!

Firstly, dont pay any attention to the 1 star reviews! Theyre all horribly outdated and all the stylists there have learned and grown in their talents!Ive been getting my hair cut at this location for quite a while and Ive always been satisfied! The girls all know their stuff and Id recommend this place to anybody and everybody. Ive gotten everything from coloring to just a trim, if I could give 6 (or more) stars I wouldnt think twice about doing so.

My girlfriend went to smart style and Jasper and Indiana and they completely ruined her hair. The woman in there put highlights 3 inches from the bottom of her hair and all of them are uneven. There is a complete line going around the back of her hair where the dark hair meets the blonde. You It looks like a hookers hair cut! I warn you to stay away!

If I could give this salon a Zero Star rating I would. I have never had such a horrible experience with a salon in my life.. The stylist acted like she had no idea how to bleach/dye my hair blonde and she tried so many different ways I ended up with fried hair and blisters.... Not only that, I was there for almost 6 hours, staying an hr and half after the salon closed.. She gave me a cut as well, which she didnt style so I had no idea until I styled it what it looked like... I could have done a better job of cutting it with my eyes closed. I contacted the corporate office, they dont seem to care Ive been trying to deal with them for at least two weeks and nothing has been resolved.... I had to go somewhere else to have my hair fixed... I wouldnt reccomned this salon at all....

What “21 years of experience” and 186$ later gets you 1 week before your wedding! I was told they would correct it free of charge and scheduled an appointment. I was then told after showing up to my appointment I was never told that and I would be charged. Never again will I do business here or recommend their services. (Picture vs reality)
