What can I say? Its a quick place to get your hair cut. Sometimes you get a good cut but other times even the most simplest hair cut gets messed up. If I wasnt older and had a full head of hair, I wouldnt go there.

Been here a few times, hairdressers are very friendly a good environment. I will continue to take my daughter and go myself until they give me a reason bot too!

I usually dont complain but went in today and was met with huffing and puffing. The 2 women that worked there didnt seem like they wanted to give me a cut because it was a hour and a half before they closed. I get it, its back to school time and Im sure they were busy today but they didnt have to be rude and talk about how they dont like when customers come in. They turn one kid and mother away and another man walked in and somehow got service before I did. Cut was decent but they both had big attitude.

Great Brooke cut me and my 3 year old sons hair . She did an excellent job and all the other ladies were great.

My husband walked in arriving at 6:30 pm to receive a haircut. Both stylists were sitting there one doing the others hair and proceed to tell him they don’t do haircuts after 6:30 pm. but sign says they close at 7:00 pm. My husband has been a customer of this business since it opened in Jasper and has used several stylist during this time due to high turn over of employment. If you gonna stop cutting hair at 6:30 pm may wanna lock your door and change your closing time!!! You just lost his business!!!

The woman (cant remember her name, but she was under 30 and blonde) that cut my 10yo daughters hair was very sweet and talented. My daughter knew what she wanted, but the stylist helped her refine the idea to make it even better. She also made my daughter feel good about herself along the way. My daughter felt like a million dollars when we left, and she told me that we would definitely be going back.

Best experience in a long time Shaleen is the best and I love my cut. Will definitely be back

Molly is the best when it comes to eyebrows. She did mine perfect. I isually do my own,but i had got lazy. She did them better than me. If you need eyebrows done, ask for Molly. She will do them exactly like you want.

Great place for a top notch hair cut!! Finally I found my barber in Jasper. Several stylists have cut my hair and done a great job. Amber is the stylist I try to catch every time now. She always gives me a great cut, exactly how I want it and great memory. She doesnt even have to ask anymore!! Very impressed

Literally the worst haircut I have ever received. I showed three pictures for examples of what I wanted and the outcome was NOTHING! like what I showed him. He cut it probably 3 inches shorter then what I wanted so it’s way above my shoulders. Very unhappy and if I could give zero stars I would. I have never been one to cry about my hair until today.

Awesome place to get your hair done. The atmosphere is very laid back and welcoming. They have had the same stylists there, give or take a few, since they have opened and that is rare for a chain salon Stylists are professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. They stay busy and sometimes you have to wait on your turn but it is well worth the wait. If the wait is longer than you wish, theyre nice enough to check you in and you can leave to run an errand, come back get seen right away. On a few occasions they have been out of hot towels, but as busy as they stay that is understandable! My whole family gets their hair done at this location, and I dont see that changing anytime soon! No complaints about my haircut. She already seemed to know what I was looking for and cut my hair well. Im not picky about my hair.The stylists in there are hilarious.10/10 will pay money for haircut and funny stories again.

If zero was an option I’d chose that. Came in thirty minutes before closing and she was finishing up a cut and said she wasn’t taking anymore tonight. If your store hours say 6pm then your open to take business until then....don’t waste your time here.

Unprofessional! Took my son to get a cut & was told it would be at least a 40 min wait so she suggested that I should sign him in & come back. So I did & came back within 40 mins but the girl refused to cut his hair because they had a Christmas party in Bham at 6 so they were leaving early although she didnt mention that 40 mins earlier. Website shows it closes at 6 today and this was around 4:50! So we were refused service!!!!!

Been there on multiple occasions and they would tell me and others that they didnt have time to cut their hair. Went in tonight at 5:50(close at 7:00), one lady said she had two customers ahead of me and the other said she had to clean up. I guess customer service is non-existing nowadays.
