I can not tell you how much I appreciate the people who work here. The difficulty of buying a car during Covid was made easy and painless through the service of Jon Wohlert. My goodness it was a no fuss and give it to me straight deal with Jon. I had gone to 3 dealerships prior to talking with Jon on the phone. I had been mansplained to about the chip shortage all three times as an excuse for their super high price gouging and pressured salesmanship. Jon was up front about everything. He was kind, did not belittle me, and was matter of fact about pricing. With patience and a down payment Hesser Toyota delivered me the exact car I wanted and needed. If I needed more than one car Hesser would be a sure bet of where I would go for all my car needs. Also Theresa in financing is the coolest women around. Another person who was straightforward and got the job done without nonsense. It was the easiest car purchase I have ever done in my life. I am very disappointed with this place. I went last week to get my oil change done on 9/21/21 at 7:44 A.M And this was my first oil change on this brand new used Toyota Camry SE 2019. Now I have oil leak from my vehicle Which I will bring in today 9/30/21 which I didn’t notice until my friend told me that there was a oil leak on his driveway also outside my place as well witch I checked this morning on 9/30/21. I hope later down on the road this doesn’t destroy my vehicle because of this accident with oil leaking everywhere. totally disappointing I thought these were professional technicians thats why I bought my car there now I might not even have a car due to this Im really really disappointed i’ve had this car for less than a month and this is what I get in return.

They had to put a new (used with more miles) motor in my car 5 days after purchase. They covered all costs. $10k. Got it back after 3 months and 3 dealerships later. Some additional repairs needed, admittedly caused by their technicians, that very much extended the repair time. Very poor communication the first 2 months. Got car back missing parts, warning light on dash, lights not plugged in, and missing fasteners everywhere causing damage to both front fender liners. Grease stains all over inside of car and my second key no longer works. Now I have to take a day off work to travel over an hour each way to get a key programmed. They’re footing the bill for the programming. I’m not exactly satisfied. I do love the car.

Bought a car here last month, was listed with All weather floor mats, one was missing. Emailed the sales manager several times and he ignored every time. Do business elsewhere, once you walk out, they could care less about thier customers. Will never buy a car from them again and will spread the word accordingly.UPDATE: Dealer says they would get in touch, however they have not done so days later, buyer beware!Dealer never made contact with me and its been a month now, my point has been proven, crooked sleezy snake owner is now a liar in my book. I will be making a bumper sticker about this dealership and embarrassing them for as long as I own the car. Will also be writing to Toyota corporate about there poor quality of service and overall terrible dealership. Owner should be embarrassed!

Car shopping has been a total nightmare. All the lots have very little inventory because of this car chip shortage. We stopped at about 10 dealership and all were selling new cars AT msrp or HIGHER. 90 percent of these dealers would not drop from msrp a dime. We Met with Hunter at Hesser Toyota and he was very knowledgeable and polite. The dealership was very helpful and was able to drop THOUSANDS off msrp and we were able to get our 21 Camry XSE that we wanted. One the easiest car buying experiences Ive had to date. Shelton, Sales Associate, was very welcoming, professional, courteous, very knowledgeable about the new Camry XSE, and even had the car waiting for me ready for a test drive upon my arrival. He taught me more about the 2021 Camry than I was expecting and really appreciated his thoroughness. He also made sure the car was cleaned to perfection and fully fueled before my departure. And my time spent with Robert, the Finance Manager, was pressure free, informative, and he made sure all documents were filled out correctly. He even helped me obtain a lower APR with my credit union! Also, the Sales Manager, Eric, provided me with a very, very fair trade in value for my car. Poor Internet Sales.Internet Sales team is uninterested in working with you to provide fair value on Trade-In. Quoted Trade-In at less than KBB for Good condition (did not accept offer of pictures or video to confirm condition) and advised that was the best they could do.When offering internet sales and having the potential to draw buyers from markets 300+ miles away - Dealership should be willing to work with buyers and not try to short them on their trades. Will not waste the time or money to travel even if it is for a specific desired vehicle. Another seller will get my business - heck Ive traveled 900 miles to get the right vehicle before.

A quote of $1,110 given to replace wheel bearings in 1 rear tire. Took to Pomp’s right up the road and they repaired the 1 rear tire and it’s counterpart for $370. This mark up by Toyota is not acceptable.

We bought a RAV4 Hybrid in October and a Toyota C-HR in March. The RAV4 was bought through the excellent assistance of Hunter Karnitz and the C-HR through Carolyn Jones. Awesome experience. Jim G in sales was overly knowledgably about all cars discussed, but also the market as a whole. Very personable, easy to get along with, and understanding what I was looking for nor did he try to sell me what I didnt want - he focused on what I was asking for. Their pricing is competitive, they went above and beyond to ensure I was happy, multiple members of their staff approached us in person and phone to make sure we were being handled correctly, and just a smooth process. Spent 6 months looking for a car - found my car a week ago and picked it up last night. Im a first time Toyota buyer, however if the car matches the service & dedication I received in the front end - I will be a repeat customer.

Traveled 30 minutes for the oil change on our 2018 Prius. The service sheet detailed all fluid levels topped off. Got home to double check fresh oil and saw the washer fluid was way down. Took a picture then filled it up with washer fluid I had on hand. Its frustrating to have to check that someone does their job.

My wife bought her Prius here a couple of years ago. Everytime she takes it in for maintenance they are kind and courteous. The best thing is when they say 45 minutes, they mean 45 minutes maximum. Unless they find something else. I prefer to be told 45 minutes and get it, than being told 45 minutes when service departments know it will take over an hour. Hesser is about service and customer care. It is more rare than you may think.

Dont buy your cars here the biggest RIP of place there is there very nice to you when you first come in but once you sign on the dotted line all bets are of the dont want to know you any more after that. They also like to steal money from you. At least I found out know how they really treat there customers believe me and you when its time to trade my car in I definitely will not be bringing it to Hesser for the trade in and I will also let the car dealer shop that I take it to for the trade in let them know why Im bringing it to them and not Hesser you snooze you loose

Nice place, good salesman. We test drove 5 cars and my friend got a good deal on the car she wanted. But I would not recommend a detail package from auto armor. The vehicle got detailed by auto armor and still had the stain on the headliner, driver chair, and dry stains in between the center console and the handle on the tailgate.

We needed a alinement done on our camery, so I called for an appointment, set up for a 4 wheel alinement, when done they said it only needed a front end and thats all I was charged for. Id asked if they could check the coolant and they did it and topped it off as well. Was satisfied with their service.

I think that service is such an important part of a major purchase. If you cant get in for a simple oil change for 2-1/2 weeks, something needs to change. This is a 20 minute process and there is absolutely no reason it should take this long. Most people are extremely busy and to have to schedule a 20 minute oil change that far out, is pretty far out! Figure out a way to service your customers in an expeditious manner. This is the world we live in today.

Shelton Tripp was extremely helpful and low pressure in letting me try out the new Corolla SE as I was still just starting to look at a few different cars.

We came all the way to find out the car we were looking for was already sold. They could have told us beforehand. And the manager came back with a scripted apology. Poor service. The girl on the phone told us that the prices are negotiable and the Manager said the prices are not negotiable. Miscommunication everywhere.Pls don’t set wrong expectations at the beginning.

I left Hesser to check out other dealerships...lets just say biggest mistake and wasted my time. The salesman and their treatment to me was unacceptable at other dealers! I came back to Hesser and Carolyn found me what I wanted and she took special time showing me every frature on my 2020 Highlander it had to offer...and arolyn thank you for you hospitality, you were the only person in any dealerships that offered me a water or soda...simple courtesy is found far a few between...dont waste your time like i did...stick with Hesser Toyota and ask for Carolyn!!

My experience was over all pretty good! My sales person made me a coffee, the day was FREEZING. She was really nice and polite. Location was great with plenty of selection.However, her knowledge seemed off. I told her what I was looking for in a car and what I wanted price wise. The vehicle she showed me even up being double my current car payment, which was NOT what I was thinking since I didn’t want too big of an increase. I’m not sure if we had a disconnect somewhere along the way but showing me cars vastly out of my price range isn’t exactly helpful.

I was quite disappointed with my visit today. I went in to take a look at the RAV4. We went out on the lot, but were not greeted by a salesman until we literally walked inside. Now, I understand lots can be busy at times, and that is not a problem for me. When I enter, a salesman enters and he realizes that I am the one buying the car, not my mother who is with me.Basically, at that point he started assuming I would not be able to afford the car, since I am a younger person. I ask him that Im looking for a new or very lightly used car (last model year) with a leather interior. He took me to see an older used car with cloth interior. When he starts showing us around we had to explain that we would not be purchasing the used car that he showed us, and we wanted him to take us to a car that I was actually interested in.When we get to the new car he gave a brief overview of the car. He was obviously disinterested in making the sale. No test drive was offered at all, which was a complete first for me while looking for a car. Ive visited 6 dealerships so far, and every one has offered a test drive without me even having to ask.Im sure most of the salesmen here are a little better than what I had, but I was extremely disappointed in the process at Hesser. I went in possibly wanting to buy the car that day, but instead got all but turned away from the sale.

Had a check engine light as we were traveling up north to our summer home. We dropped our trailer and brought our van in which they quickly scanned the codes and checked out our van. Cleared the codes and told us it might go on. We took it for a drive for lunch and told them we would be back later for the trailer. No problem, no charge. Usually they charge for them to look at your vehicle but that was not the case.
