My salesperson Michael C was very nice, respectful and listened to what I wanted in a vehicle. He made buying my Mazda -CX30 very easy. Another plus about my car I purchased it was not White. Pretty much all the other dealerships I went to had very few selection of new cars, if the did have what I wanted on it the car was white. It was really nice that they are able to post the vehicles that are on the lot on their website. That is how I was very fortunate enough to find the car I purchased. Scheduling a test drive at anytime online was super easy . Signing all the paperwork was super easy and David was very nice. Again I looked at other dealers in Janesville and the Mazda Dealer by far was the best. There are a couple of things that the body shop needs to do to my vehicle that is small, when that is done I will update my review. Staff was very courteous and respectful of keeping my car clean during the oil change, tire rotation and inspection. Waiting area was clean and offered free WiFi and beverages if you decide to wait. Advertised oil change special wont apply to all makes and models - just be aware your vehicle might cost more & you wont know that until you check out. Thats why the 4 star, and not 5.

It was awesome to say the least, the power, the handling, I will definitely not be disappointed when I get my new vehicle.
Ive been buying cars for a lifetime (50+ years). Dont recall a better, easier, enjoyable, honest and fair experience over the years. Samantha was a different breed of salesperson. A pleasant straight forward approach with no pressure made me want to sign on the dotted line without much need for negotiation. My trade in was fairly appraised and the deal was done with ease. I love the car so far and will be back in a year or so to do it again. Also, the steaks were a very nice touch, thank you. Im a surf and turf guy so next time maybe a Lobster or Crab Legs would be a nice touch. Thank you Samantha and the whole team for knowing how to take care of customers. Joe listened to me, said he could put me in the truck that I was interested in, but thought Id be better suited by a different truck. He presented one that literally had everything I was looking for. During the week a customer doesnt need an appointment for an oil change. But I was on tight schedule so called and made an appointment to make sure I could get right in.Arrived on time.Greeted directly.First time customer so Service Manager Ben quickly got my details and service needs. He said it take about 45 minutes.I walk to nearby restaurant and got lunch. Returned 50 minutes later.Ben informed me that the vehicle services were just getting started with an apology.Waited about 20 minutes and the oil change was completed.Ben informed me that due to his not being able to get the service done in a reasonable time frame that the service would be NO CHARGE.Five stars for Boucher because Ben had customer satisfaction as #one priority.Thank you Ben for the complimentary rain check card for a free carwash which was included in the service but not done as it was raining that day.
Our salesman was wonderful. The service center was another story. Waited 3 hours for a service I was told would take two at most. No communication whatsoever. Nobody told me to prep my car, by emptying it out. Nor was I told how the process worked, or what they wouldve doing to the inside of the car. I went in for paint treatment, on the outside of the car.

The people are excellent. Elisha was very communicative and helpful. The part I did not enjoy was the wait for my truck and that it was in the service shop to begin with. That may not be what you are asking about but for me it dulled my live for my Raptor and Ford trucks. It has 82,000 miles and having issues with the transmission already. I dont feel confident moving forward. The last touch was that my truck was dirty and not washed. Just a minor detail but it would have been nice if they had washed it.

Pretty upset with the service department. This is how they treat your vehicles. Not just mine, several vehicles were parked like this outback. On top of this, when my sunroof went out in my truck at 30,000 miles it took a week to get an appointment, they kept my truck overnight (with no loaner or rental available) and didnβt fix it. They told me it would take a week to get parts and who knows how long to fix next time. Really upset with how they treated my truck. I wouldnβt drive it through grass like that and donβt appreciate them parking it like they did.

We had a great experience buying our new truck, Joe Warne was personable and knowledgeable.Easier than I expected, in a short amount of time we were driving home in our beautiful Ford Ranger.
I had hired the dealer to install lowering springs into my 2020 Mustang GT. I specifically asked if they were comfortable with the install and familiar with the popular brand Eibach for the springs.After the install the back of the car was making a wooden creaking sound. I brought the car back letting them know that something had to be wrong with the rear spring install. I was then told by the service advisor this is how a sports car rides, and they made sure everything was installed correctly. As the creaking gets worse I come back a second time with real concern it is done incorrectly. I was told that its definitely installed correctly, but I am welcome to go get a second opinion.I then left for Pernot for a second opinion. Their mechanics realized that the springs were not seated correctly. Also, that the springs were installed upside down according to the Eibach support line.They finished the repair and now the car rides normal again. So long story short I had to pay another shop $225 to fix their mistake after paying them $400 to install it the first time. Maybe they are capable of oil changes, but I wouldnt trust them with anything important.
Was able to purchase 2 new vehicles. Bought the ones we wanted. Selection was far better than other places. The purchase experience was so relaxed and easy, it makes you feel good about what you did. Myrick helped us through the whole process. The guy can make you laugh!

We were shocked to find out that the Ford Certitied truck we purchased from you had been in your body shop for two months prior--undergoing over $12,000 of collision repairs that weremt even done correctly. I typically have very good experiences here with the service department, but on 10/5/20 was an exception. I scheduled to get 4 new tires on my car and made a 9:30 appointment. My wife sat in the waiting room for over THREE HOURS with majority of the staff NOT wearing masks. The service advisor explained to me that the technicians were performing a recall on a door latch. I explained that I already took care of the recall several years ago at another dealership. The service advisor responded and said it was a recall of a recall. I will admit, it was very proactive of them to perform the recall inspection in addition to the tires. This is the type of initiative I would like to see in a dealership and still would come back for service. In the future, I would like to see the service advisor to notify their customers of a ballpark estimate of how long they will be waiting; ESPECIALLY in the midst of a pandemic. It is same same thing when waiting for a table at the restaurant or in the waiting room at a medical clinic. Having that open line of communication will set the expectations of waiting with the customer. I feel like the communication was absent in this visit. Please improve.
My experiences with the Boucher crew have been very good. When getting service on my previous car, Ben was outstanding in explaining what issues were and giving me options. Most recently, went there to look at a Lincoln I noticed online and purchased 2 days later. Mike Islami was great to work with during the entire process. Each and every time I go into Gordie Boucher Ford it has been a great experience. I was a walk in on the 5th of May, and the service advisor wasElisha . She explained that it might be a little longer because this was the time that most were at lunch. She assured me that she would try to speed it up if there was any way possible. I was thinking this was going to take 2 hours so I walked to Sams and Walmart. About 50 minutes later I returned and just mentioned to her I would be in the waiting room having hot chocolate. She told me with a huge smile that my car was being washed and would be out in 5 minutes. I was the happiest guy in town. Sure enough here came my sparkling clean car and off I went.I will always buy from Gordie Boucher, and will always recommend that my friends go there too. Very upset with their service asked them from the get-go what ballpark my payments would be Austin says 300 maybe 400. Which is why chose to buy a truck. They run my credit 5 different times. So got 5 hard inquiries all on same day. Then find out my payments would be $479 a month which Im not interested in. They must keep running your credit till they get a yes without once telling me their running it multiple times. If I could give a negative 10 I would

Ive been using Gordie Boucher for service the better part of the last year for my two Fords, and have been very satisfied with the service team. I was so impressed with the service, I had decided that when my lease comes due, I was going to extend my patronage beyond the service side.After a 30 second phone call to schedule an oil change this weekend, and possibly a recall, that changed fast. I was told they dont do recalls on the weekend, just the easy stuff, before trying to set the appointment for just the oil change. Out of the desire to get it all done in one go, I declined and called another Ford store. I found out from the second dealership that the recall is for a reprogramming of the cam phaser, and the required update was not available yet.I am confused by this, after having been told by a couple of advisors that with a few days notice, they could arrange to have a tech in on the weekend to flash my trucks transmission to see if that clears out some of the worries I have had, yet another type of reprogramming is too hard for them to do on a Saturday. Both are done through the OBDII port, so whats the truth? Wheres the line?

Tried to buy the 1st edition bronco sport they have adverised on their website. Its not in stock but comming in approximately 30 days. Test drove a similar one and let them know we were ok with waiting. Then all of the sudden they informed us they were adding $5000.00 to the sticker price because thats what other dealers are doing. I told them they are crooks and this is a horrible way to do business.We passed and found a dealer that sold us the same exact vehicle for the sticker price and they had it in stock. No waiting!!!!I hope you find someone to pay $5000.00 over sticker.I cant believe people would fall for your scams.

Joe Zipperer wasnt pushy and didnt try all the fast talking b.s. a lot of other salespersons try using. My wife and I told him what we wanted. He got on the computer and found it at another one of their lots in another city and someone drove it from there down to the Janesville lot and we had it within a couple hours. They also had a promotion where you could pick from four really nice gifts for buying a vehicle. I picked and got a free brand new Stihl chainsaw.

Not very happy, I took my 2011 Ranger to repair a loose shifter lever, and also asked if they still have complimentary washings after repairs. They said yes no problem with the wash. When I pick the truck up 2 days Later after service hours they had not wash the truck, they left a tool in the truck, and on the way home the panel under the steering wheel fell off on my legs going 70 miles an hour. Not sure I will return. Also they had left a paper in my truck that appears that the front end alignment was out of a limit. But they failed to even tell me when I talked to them twice on the phone or even when I picked it up. Again, I may not return!
I had my 2007 MKS in for service (exceptional car, first time in 12 years that any repairs were needed). Decided that I wanted to option the trade in and found a MKS 2016 never titled. I received a substantial discount to get the vehicle off of the lot - it had the elite package, so this vehicle is loaded to the gills. Elisha, my service rep, kept tabs on how the wife and I were doing during the selection, buying, and financing process. My sales person, Chris Farlinger, was amazing in his attention to our needs, wants, and overall satisfaction with the entire process. Ive been a Boucher customer since moving to the area in 2013, and have always been 100% satisfied with my treatment and interactions with the dealership.

Helpful customer service
They charge over$200 to run a diagnostic test that is either wrong, or they lie. After taking my truck here for some potential warranty work, they said they would call if the repair is over $200 before they worked on it. If the diagnostic test is over $200 and you know youre going to run it, why wouldnt you tell your customer that? I had another mechanic take a look over the weekend. He plugged in a sensor that was unplugged, hooked up his computer and everything was fine.
Very attentive to my requirements. Mike was excellent to work with as i looked at purchasing a vehicle.. The process to purchase a new vehicle was very efficient and took very little time. I would recommend Gordie Boucher Ford, Mazda, Lincoln. I have also nad my car services taken care of there the last 2 years and have been very satisfied.
