The machine where you can pay your bill was broken. The representatives taking payments were very happy to tell people the machine was broken, and to wait in line. They refused to take my cell phone payment, and when I made my internet payment, they refused to take any change, so I still have a 5 cent balance on my account. This store is a complete mess!!

Since they started selling mobile phones that is the biggest problem with wait times. Two customers before me waited a half hour and left without being served. They need employees just for phone and other employees for internet/cable. Personnel don’t take people in order. They need a numbering system and not deviate from it. This store is not run well at all.

Wanted a new phone and moble service. Could only do it with automatic payments which I didnt want. Tried to pay my bundle bill with my debit card and it was declined. Went to my ATM afterwards and the card worked just fine. I was not happy with my experience with Spectrum at all

Really friendly staff. We had to bring in our old router than randomly died and within 10 minutes we were walking out with a new one. They were super busy and still got to us all quickly. Easy set up.

Awesome staff there. I have always been treated with great respect and quick wonderful service at this store. Ive been going there for years because I have 5 different accounts and I have only good things to say about the staff and service there. Switching to Spectrum Mobile was a huge mistake that I seriously regret. Absolutely worst experience! I find it appalling that even though Im set up for auto pay and have never been late on a payment, that theres constant billing issues. Constantly having billing problems, getting overcharged, and then having to (literally every other month since I switched) chat online and go through my entire billing history, being told its resolved, and then one month later having the exact same issue!!!

I just signed up for service through Spectrum. All locations in Pennsylvania are closed on Sundays, and I work Monday through Saturday.So I called customer support and asked how I could get my router and modem as soon as possible, they told me not to have it shipped to me, but to drive an hour away to Jamestown, NY to get the equipment.After driving 50 miles, I was informed by a very unenthusiastic employee in Jamestown that they cannot provide equipment to a Pennsylvania customer. I then called back into customer service only to be basically told too bad. The Customer support rep told be that of course they couldnt provide me equipment in a nearby state, and that I should have known that.I regret signing up with Spectrum due to the unorganized and unprofessional manner in which they handled my issue and the obvious lack of care towards their incorrect advice. I will not be picking up my equipment, I will be considering competing Internet service with a better understanding of customer service and experience.

VERY LONG wait for service (45 minutes)!! The staff is very good but theres not enough staffing. When I got there only two staffers on duty. Both customers were buying phones and it took literally 45 minutes for one and an hour for the second customer. Meanwhile at least 8 to 10 people were waiting ALL that time. Then more customers came in, some stayed some left. EVERYONE was frustrated with the wait and WE ALL felt that because were a captive customer theres nothing we can do about it. SHAME on you SPECTRUM!!!
