My wife and I are in Jamestown visiting my 90 year old mother in law. We had to replace her TV. We ran into some trouble getting it installed. The entire staff were extremely helpful and caring as we only had a short time to fix the problem. Special thanks to Kent, one of the technicians who walked me through the process. These people are great!

Other than Its a little spendy, we have never had any problems with our service from daktel. My son just moved to an apartment that is not serviced by daktel so he had to switch to the other provider... he is not happy with them and would switch back to daktel instantly if it ever became available there.
