Not sure what happened to this place. Used to be the best service and price in town...with lifetime warranty and tint replacement. I had been going there for probably 20 years for at least 10 of my vehicles over the years. But lately cant even get in touch with the guy or get an appointment so my guess is hes just not tinting windows anymore

Over the past 10 years I’ve taken 4 vehicles to Mr Purvis. 2 weeks ago I took my brand new 2021 Toyota 4 Runner to A Purvis Survis. Mr Purvis left multiple scratches on tint of the drivers side window. I brought my vehicle back a week later to have the driver side re-tinted and Mr Purvis used the wrong shade of tint. I contacted Mr Purvis to inform him of what happened, he stated to bring my vehicle back 2 days later. When I arrived he was not present after I told him I would be there at a certain time. Mr Purvis was extremely drunk when we talked on the phone, how can you run a business if you’re always drunk. I will not be doing any more business with Mr Purvis in the future nor will I recommend my family or friends to utilize his services.

Horrible! How can you be in business for as long as you have and manage to leave bubbles in my tint also he blamed the ways the windows were shaped and that’s why he couldn’t do it right. So I called him and told him he needs to do the two front windows again. He cussed me out like a dog! No respect the tint looks like a 3rd grader did it! I get cussed out for asking him to do his job! Stay away from this guy he is a liar! It makes sense why he always has a gun on him! He is scared!

Previously my review reflected a happy customer who had two cars done and one free lifetime warranty repair. However, today the second car needed repair of a wrinkled windshield strip. The representative first asked if it was “max-pro” brand which he no longer uses nor does he honors the warranty work. I said I would have to check and call back. I found my paperwork (see photo) and called to tell him it was “Johnson” brand. He said he has not used them in 10 years. I corrected him saying my warranty shows it was installed in 2013. He said, “Gimme a break! You got 7 years out of it, I’m not doing it! ---and hung up on me!!! In the attached photo, “Lifetime Warranty” is prominent on HIS business card affixed to the manufacture warranty they provided, which clearly conveys that THE INSTALLER will do the work and be reimbursed for labor and materials. He has earned this FREE Negative advertising in place of the positive advertising I had previously left.

Purvis did a great job on the tint it self, he has done 4 of my cars. My only complaint is that he does not clean up after himself. My car was a dirty mess inside, dirty shoe prints on seats, nothing has been wiped down. The whole car was nasty. But price was lower than most places in town and the quality of tinting was great.

Wish I could go lower. Extremely unsatisfactory way to run a business!!! First I had an appointment which I had to call up to find out hes closed even though he and she said they will be there!!! Then I go there only to find a open sign in the window. Not happy. This is not how you run a business. Communications is key!!! Very sad thanks for wasting my day and time. Now off to a more reputable business capable of communicating!!!!!

Jim and Jackie are great at what they do, I have had three of my vehicles done and serveral of my friends and family have gone there as well, I totally recommend them if youre looking to have your windows tinted

I have used this guy several times over the pass few years. Today I dropped my wife car off to get the windows tinted and when I spoke to him he asked when I wanted to pick it up I said on my lunch. Mine you I dropped it at before he opened @ 0700 and spoke to him at 10. When I got there at 1400 he was passed out sleep and when I woke him he said it would only take 30 minutes to complete . 40 minutes later he said he could get it done. When he walked up he was pissy drunk and got really unprofessional and then asked me if I wanted to fight and tried to block me from getting in my vehicle. With that being said hes a good guy but please make sure if you drop your car off he hasnt been drinking or plan on while trying to work o your vehicle.

He did great I had to bring it back get some fixed he did no problem then when I first got them done he put the wrong tint on but he fixed we no problems.

I had my 06 impreza tinted here when it was new off the showroom floor. The tint has held up for 5 years with no bubbles or imperfections at all. Would recommend this shop to anyone. The prices were great and the service was fantastic. I have to have my sun strip put back on after having the windsheild replaced and will be going back to them to have this done.

Came to this shop Saturday and walked up to the door only to find the door is locked. I called the dude, and hes not even there, though his shop sign says open and so does his hours. Told me to call him the next day about 1030 and I did but his phone is off. Poor business management. You want something done right, go literally a block down the road to daddy-os

AWFUL!!!!!!! I made an appointment and showed up at 4:30 and the door was locked. No one picked up the phone or called me back! Not professional at ALL.... STAY AWAY.

WORST TINT JOB EVER !!!! If this place zero stars I would. I dropped my car off at 10:30am and did not pick it up until 8:30pm. There was only one car in front of me so I dont undestand why it took so long. The tint film does not go all the way to the edge of the windows my defroster in my back windshield was cut and when I took it to him to ask for a refund he said he doesnt give out refunds.

Dont use this service. He sold me bad tint and wouldnt fix it.
