Amazing! These guys really know what theyre doing and deliver on their word! Im beyond words with how happy I am! Their work can be warrantied around the country with the ppf! If they start doing line x and rain guards they will be a true 1 stop shop and itll be hard to compete with their package deals! I recently purchased a new vehicle up in Jacksonville, Florida. I was given names of two qualified companies who offer XPEL Full Front Protection, Ceramic Paint Protection and Auto Tinting. I decided to take my new vehicle to Firehouse Auto Spa on St. Johns Bluff Rd. in Jacksonville, Fl. I was met by a gentleman named Austin who explained each and every detail to me to protect my vehicle. On Saturday, when I picked it up I could imagine the look of this new vehicle! Everything was done perfectly with precision and made me feel like a kid opening a new present. I just want to say, that I want to thank Austin for doing such a great job on the vehicle. It’s hard to find companies that ensure you the best service possible and the work actually shows it. I’d recommend everyone to them. Took deliver of my 2021 Tesla Model 3 on Friday, June 25, and it could not have been in any worse condition when it comes to the paint and the windows. There were horrible wipe marks from where Tesla detailed the car, and the back windshield has a crack in it.Took the car into Firehouse Auto Spa on Monday, June 28 and got a Paint Protection Film, Ceramic Coating, and all windows tinted (except for the back windshield since Tesla is replacing that for me). The car looks way better than what the car shouldve ever looked like brand new. I am 100% satisfied with choosing Firehouse Auto Spa over the other people I was looking at. Also, they said they would do the back windshield free of charge after Tesla replaces it for me.Overall, a very professional atmosphere, VERY on time, and great communication skills, so I knew exactly what was being done and how long it would take. Everything was done the right way and I would 100% recommend them to anyone who is looking to get work done on their vehicle.

Firehouse did a fantastic job with my Mustang. I paid for a full glass treatment and xpel wrap for the car. I can see a few lines where the pieces had to be cut to fit the profile of the car, but otherwise, the car looks fantastic. Provided me with the warranty for the wrap and the intro dos/donts fir the first few weeks while the wrap dries/cures.

I have always found Austin to be very professional and he and his team do an amazing job. I recently had a warranty claim due to a defect in the Xpel paint protection system. The owner, Mark, was most cooperative and got to work on the claim right away with the manufacturer. Within a week my claim was processed and a new Xpel system was installed. All in all a very positive experience. I highly recommend Firehouse Auto spa.

Austin and the Firehouse Auto Spa Team was awesome!!! I appreciate how Austin was able to fit me in and the work performed on my Volvo XC90 was amazing. The full body wrap looked amazing and the tint to the moonroof has cut the temperature in the vehicle significantly. In addition, the worked performed on the rims was exceptional and now the Volvo looks like it just rolled off of the showroom floor. I’ll be back for my maintenance wash soon.

This is the first time Ive had a car ceramic coated and Xpel installed. The guys at Firehouse were definitely the ones to go to here in Jacksonville. When I arrived Austin took the time to explain to me exactly what they were going to do and why it was needed. They then went to work and did an extremely professional job even coating the windows, wheels and brake ducts! The ZR1 is not an easy car to work on given all of the angles and nooks. That said, they got it done and they got it done on time! When I picked it up, Austin again explained to me exactly what they did and then explained how to care for it. This is the place to go in JAX!

Met Austin when I arrived and he was super knowledgeable about paint repair and protection. I had just bought a 2015 Jeep GC Overland and its white. Normally I wouldnt have picked a white vehicle but it looks beautiful. Austin detailed and gave it the ceramic wax coating and the Finish is insane!!!!! Took it up North to Philly for a vacay and got it disgusting. Came back down here recently and gave her a wash and literally everything just washed away clean, no scrubbing. Shines like New!!!! All the employees at Firehouse have been nothing short of absolute professionals. They truly know how to run a successful business and earn customers’ continued business and support.I’ve had several visits to get work performed on my 2020 Tesla Model 3, including window tint, full car PPF, ceramic coating, and chrome delete.They recommended a follow-up visit about 2-3 weeks after I initially brought my car in so they could inspect everything and make sure that everything was applied according to their high standards. They found a couple of very small imperfections and then proceeded to redo entire sections of the vehicle, free of charge, in order to give me the product I had paid for. Also, every time I’ve gone to pick up my car, it has been immaculately detailed at no extra cost.They have been incredibly flexible on times, even staying late on weekends to help get my vehicle back to me before I needed it for work, and on a separate occasion, even driving my wife home so she didn’t have to pay for an Uber after a drop off.Firehouse Auto Spa is the clear choice for auto-detailing in Jacksonville, and I will never be going anywhere else.

Mark is just an incredible guy who runs an honest, ethical and tight ship. I just had my Tesla Performance 3 done with ceramic and wrap, he also did some beautiful interior vinyl to protect the easy to scratch and fingerprint console. He always responded quickly to me, even just now I texted him a question and had a response in 2 minutes. As a business owner myself, I realize how tough it is to have service levels this high and Mark sets the level across the board. Took my black BMW in and it needed a lot of work. Three days and all the swirl marks were gone. Got it looking brand new in a 2-3 day turnaround. Great guys to work with would highly recommend checking these guys out for any detailing needs.

I’m totally blown away with the paint correction and ceramic coating these guys did on my Range Rover in just 1.5 days! Heavy waterspots and scratches/swirl marks completely gone. I don’t think after 3 years, this has ever looked so good. I took my truck to Firehouse Auto Spa to have some stains removed from the seats. The owner, Mark, and the staff were very friendly, worked very fast, and were extremely helpful. When some of the stains didnt quite come out the first time, Mark had me bring my truck back and he took care of me at no extra charge. Great company! I will be back to get my truck detailed again!

We worked with Mark to have paint protection film installed on the entire front end of our car. Mark was very quick to respond to all of my initial questions and work with us on the pricing so that we could get exactly what we wanted installed. He “double booked” their schedule so that they could complete the install on our car prior to a cross-country military move that we had coming up in less than a week. Mark was willing to meet us on a Sunday to pick up our car, as that worked best for our schedule, and he even came by our house a few days later just to go over everything one more time before we left Jax. I was impressed by their flexibility and willingness to offer great service to the customer. The final product looks great so far, and we’d highly recommend Mark and his crew based on their quality of work, competitive prices based on similar services in Jax, and effort dedicated to meeting the needs of the customer.
