I took my car in for a headlight restoration and wash and wax. When I returned to pick up my vehicle I was thinking, nice job on the outside and when I opened the door the inside was clean to. I started my vehicle and there was a light that stayed on the dashboard. Im thinking maybe it will go off. As I was driving I could hear something rattling, and I thought it was coming from the back seat. Later on I noticed it was my passenger headrest. The headrest was pulled apart but the airbag wasnt deployed, along with my drivers side. I took it back and showed them what was wrong and they tried to explain to me, they on clean the inside and didnt have to move my seats. I asked if they can repair it or will they get it repaired. They continued to tell me they only cleaned the inside and didnt do the damage. I finally asked them to answer me with a yes or no and they wouldnt answer my question but continue to tell me they only cleaned the inside. Bad customer service and to keep a customer coming back just repair the damage they caused.

This is the second time I have used this company on two different vehicles. Great customer service and have never been disappointed. My Camaro is 8 years old and had tree sap all over it and looked awful before I brought it to auto detail spot. I will be back and I highly recommend this company, if you are looking to make your vehicle look brand new again this is the place to come.Before and After

My lack of a better word excellent

This van I was delivering, had gum on the driver’s seat, (I had to drive, sitting on a Fedex envelope); yellow pet hair, ALL OVER the back seats; trash and something gooey in the crevices of the console and 6 months worth of “sitting in a parking lot”, film on it. I’ve delivered vehicles to auction, that looked better than this one. I was SURE that they couldn’t get the gum out, or the stains out of the seats. But they did! I can’t figure out how to load before and after pictures, but they did a wonderful job! And, they were nice and friendly, too, lol.

I travelled from Savannah to get my window tinted done and the customer service is great,I will recommend this shop to any one.very happy with my super black Altima and the service provided.

The people at Auto Detail spot were awesome! My car was spotless inside and out. My headlights look brand new. The dog odor gone. They also did a great job of repairing the fabric on my side door. Definitely coming again!

These guys did a great job. My seats are light in color and are made out of cloth so it is really easy to get stains. I would try and get them out myself but it would never work. They made the interior look like new.

They cleaned my car and overall it looks clean but there was a lot of spots where they didnt even touch that dirt

$1700 total in damages and service costs..yeah, you read that right. I was referred by a very good friend to come here for a detail, buff, tint, headlight restoration, and to fix a 4 inch tear along the seam of my driver seat. I was thrilled because I had just bought the car, and the only flaw was the tear in the seat, faded headlights, and lack of tint. At first, I was so excited because I read all the positive reviews! I knew I was going to pay a lot of money but was okay knowing I would get quality work in return. Then everything became a nightmare. A $1700 mistake. I left work early to pick up the car because I was told it would be completed by 1. It wasnt ready when I arrived at 3 and was told I would have to wait 2 more hours. At about 5:45, I got the call that the car was ready! Yay! When I went in to get my keys, I was handed a receipt first. I went ahead and paid for the car. Big mistake. As soon as I walked out, I noticed that the console lined with chrome looked like crumpled aluminum foil. I went back in and was told that they were not responsible for those damages and that it would be an additional $8.00 and I could leave the car for another day. I had no idea what to say since I had missed so much work, I couldnt afford to leave the car over night. I told the lady I had to think about it, but I wasnt going to pay for damage that wasnt there prior to me bringing the car in. When I went to leave, I pressed my push start and my car said key id not found. I looked down and saw that my key was split open and inside were 2 loose pieces. I showed them the key and they put it back together but it did not work properly at all. I brought the car back the next day because the tint was covered in bubbles, my key was not working, and the chrome around the console was still destroyed. I was quoted $1350 for a new key and repaired console by dealership… ouch. When I told them that I wanted to be reimbursed for the key (cheapest of the broken parts) or refunded the detail job, I was told I broke the key intentionally to get a refund because I was upset about the chrome crumpled in the console. What?!? They refused to even look at the tint bubbles and then the blaming on me game got worse. They refused to offer any compensation or remedy to the situation. After a very heated conversation with the office staff, I began to realize what a serious mistake it was trying to reason with crazy. They finally told me they would look at the car. Instead, they laughed and joked with coworkers and entertained other clients while I stood by waiting for over an hour in the lobby and by my car. The immaturity level shown by these business owners is pathetic. I will never be back. I really hope no one else will be impacted in such a negative manner as I was. The damages and poor detail service costs totals a whopping $1700.. not including tint repair. OUCH. Please dont make the same mistake. Read the warning signs in the shady location.

Great job I have a new car feel again after 6 year. everything was great the interior shampoo left my car like new. Exterior buffing bought the shine of my car back. I also got my tints replaced and they did a great job expectations were met and exceeded

They work very hard and they get things done very quick. They take there job very serious and have really good customer service.

Came here for window tinting and a basic car wash, They did an excellent job on both the tint and the wash. They were both quick and efficient, i will be telling all of my family and friends to visit. My new go to spot!

**Warning** two vehicles ruined. You dont get a star. They left white buff film all over the roof of my suburban wheres the quality checks and balance system checking behind your people. Didnt even get the job done that I hired them for. Im going to go and specifics but theyre just going through the motions here collecting your money. yes when your car does look shinier than before you will not see the details that they missed... my black car they left the white buffer film on several spots on the car did not even wipe my sunroof window off. in the front of the car on the grill you can see white stuff all over the grill next to the emblem Come on people!!! And on top of that you left buffer swirls all over on my black paint car. I looked it up online and its a poor job of waxing buffing thats what that is. now Im going to have to go back and get that fixed.if you get your headlights done through them and you have a barcode on your headlights to get into your neighborhood which is very expensive be careful because they will rip it off. Oh and getting your vehicle shampooed I had to keep my windows open for a full week and it still stinks and they told me if you use a rag and rub off that extra dark spots in your car itll come right off. I hired you to clean this not me.... over $700 for two vehicles and Im not happy one bit... If you want to waste money and listen to these good reviews go right ahead and waste it not me No!! Staff is nice but the quality of work detail sucks Balls !!!!and didnt even walk over to vehicle with me just parked outside give me your money. when I did question their work the first thing they try to do was defer and say something is normal then they was like oh bring it back but at this point after having my windows down for a week what if you live in the city bad people I dont go all through your car when youre trying to air it out. Noo I dont want you to dump more water into my car. if this review hurts your business a little then good that will make you go through some more training with all your people and yourself on quality detail service and not just going through the motions because you have the equipment staff..

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. I visited Christian after someone referred me to him and I am glad I did. My land rover had swirl marks all over it, I tried getting them out without a good result, but Christian and his team were able to get ALL swirl marks out and made my truck look brand new. These guys are for real and I will ONLY be taking my truck here from now on. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!
