I love Sams club overall, but the store on Youngerman circle in Jacksonville leaves a lot to be desired there was a lot of things other stores carry, that either they were out of, or didnt carry at all. It was clean and well lit though. But Ill be going back to the Daytona store in the future.

Staff friendly and helpful. Went 11am- 11:45 looked busy but I went in and went out rather fast

The Sams Club in Orange Park, FL is HUGE! Its much larger than Im used to. The cement floors are very clean despite the heavy foot traffic! The choices for 🧀s, 🍖s, 🍞 s, sweets and other items is WONDERFUL!! Staff very helpful. They just dont 😃. You can tell if theyre smiling when you see their eyes light up. Their eyes didnt.

Was visiting jacksonville so decided to see how nice your store was. Everything was as expected, nice clean store with great service.

Smallest Sams Ive ever been in. It was pretty well organized & stocked. The Womens bathroom could use a bit more attention.

I enjoy the deals here. The ability to scan on the phone and checkout is amazing. I can’t tell you enough how important Sam’s is to my life. The savings is huge, the convenience of having things at home without going out into the world, and the selection is pretty nice.

Great experience, however stock was lower than usual.

I love going and stocking up. I dont like that theres no bags but its what it is. I also dont like that the Sams at the Beach has Way more items as well as premade items for an easy dinner solution without lowering standards or quantity. Absolutely loved the stuffed peppers. This Sams Club is good but could do Way Better

This is a very old Sams Club store. Confusing parking lot with pallets used to direct traffic flow... seriously. Battery and tire bays are too far away from the front entrance. Facility is too small and old to compete with Costco on Collins/Parramore Rd which is only a few miles away.Receipt checking at exit needs to be sped up; long lines should not be forming during the first hour when only Plus members are allowed in the store. Several other employees didnt seem to be busy, so I am not sure why one of them wasnt assigned to check receipts as well. I cant imagine how bad it must be during more crowded times.Edited to add: Kudos to tire service guys. Great price and quick turnaround. Great communication; they let me know as soon as it was done and when I could pick it up.

Sams Club is good but it really bothers me when you go there get what u brought last month or the month b4 then go back again and they stop carrying it. Put something on you website so then your members will know. Thats what I would like.Also when u have to wait in the line to exit, this drives my husband CRAZY! I get it but something needs to change about this as well.

It seems Sams is offering less and less items. Items that I could buy a few weeks ago they no longer carry. Time to look at Costco

So I just purchased a veggie platter and the carrots are spoiled. I couldnt tell while it was in their cooler. I tried to call the store and let them know. But they kept transferring me from 1 line to another. So dont purchase this item. I was able to tell the deli and Opti dept but like I said they transferred me and then the line just kept ringing. No answer.

Super friendly, awesome brisket selection

First. As far as Sam’s club goes, it’s fine. Always stocked, clean no issues with it as a company. It is beyond a nightmare to get there off blanding, parking is atrocious. It’s so congested you can’t move. One small door in, always backed up. It was 10 am and they decided that was a good time to clean the floors with the zamboni. Getting out is enough to make your head explode. Getting gas is like going to a demolition derby. I know you save money, but I’d rather pay more and never go back.

29 yrs membership still enjoy shopping but starting to rethink renewing my plus membership due to the online experienceCharging for online orders and no rewards for online shopping.

Good clean store lots of selection. Helpful staff. Hit and miss on what will be in stock as with any Sams store. Good selection in the liquor store.

Various choices and a exceptional bakery. You must try the cinnamon crunch muffins. You wont regret it👍👍

Satutday and Sunday are very busy so be prepared for the lines. Staff always willing to help. Love that they are finally bringing back samples.

Stores like this help you save while buying things you always need. Stuff like toilet paper, paper towels, soaps, meats, frozen food, diapers, wipes, and pretty much any household essentials.

The employees was great checking out and loading.

After the quarantine, Sams seems to have stocked up on everything. No bare shelves anywhere. They were very busy but the is a holiday weekend. All lanes were open with cashiers.

Always great. Neet and clean download the scan and go it is the best cut off the check out line. We rin in and out often 5 to 10 min shopping.

I just started membership today and was soo close to giving them 5 stars but..... As a new member, I had ABSOLUTELY NO idea that they didnt provide bags or boxes to put your smaller items in. It wouldnt be a big deal if they had just warned me before I headed out shopping with my new membership. Also, after waiting in line and going through the whole checkout process, you gotta wait in YET ANOTHER line so that another person can scan your receipt and groceries to make sure you paid for everything. They really should come up with a better system cause in todays world the last thing anyone wants is another annoying line. On a better note they have really awesome deals and are worth the membership.

This trip was better than the last. Today they had Mart carts available. They have a new policy that if you have more than 20 items you cannot use self checkout. Bad idea.

Cheaper than my previous wholesale plac (Starts with a B lol). Also, meat is generally cheaper than regular market place. Based on todays prices, you can can Prime meats for te same price as Angus meats at other markets.

Don’t put items out for sale if you don’t have them actually available. They advertised Sonos playbar on clearance but only had empty boxes under the price sticker. When questioned about it at the checkout counter they had no idea what actually was out in their store. Frustrating experience while they were trying to figure out what was going on and then they were going to have us wait in line again to purchase our other items.

Had new tires put on, and so far we are pleased. Was dissapointed with team members standing outside on their cellphones when customers obviously needed assistance.

Always a great place to shop the people are friendly the prices are always reasonable you can find everything and more what you need. I definitely love using it walking around the store save so much time at checkout I dont have to go to the register.

The SAMS CLUB in Jacksonville on. ARGYLE needs to train or retrain their staff that is stationed at the exit doors. This is not my first experience with this just the first time I am posting a review about it. I have seen many people who get their entire basket scanned and some who get one or two items scanned upon leaving even though the items seemed to be the number. This feels discriminatory.

It was a 4 ⭐ today, no Chicken Mozzarella Meatballs. But they did have Sams 1/4lb Beef hotdogs. Grilling tonight Suns vs Clippers ..

They made my return/exchange so easy and the wait in line was not long. Shelves were fully stocked and there was availability on all items i needed.

I love the self-checkout but the line to leave the store and be checked by a store employee is ridiculous. Today we were 12th in line because the employees checking peoples carts were digging through purchases to find particular ones to scan. Ill stick with Costco.

For the love of God! Fix the gas pumps, the lines are chotic its simple really have it to where one way in one way out...yes actual arrows painted on the ground and enforce, to stop the insanity.....May I suggest come in from fence side and go towards the store as exit so it doesnt pike up on main streets .thanks again

This store really needs to work on customer service levels. Specifically when it comes to their snack area. Nearly every fountain machine wasout of either syrups or was only putting out syrup but they were still selling fountain drinks. Getting out the door the employee checking items ipened the cold bags to check which is more than fine but please put things back the way you found them,l. The bag is not a refridgerator if you leave it open the cold gets warm so close it back up when your done digging through it. Always a long line at checkouts l. Its almost like this olace doesnt have enough employees or has too many doing tasks instead ofassisting customers and having enough checkouts open. Please do better we shop with you A LOT.

This is a great sams location. I use them very often, they are very busy during the day and weekends but are pretty vacant after 6. I use their in store pickup and its great, I just check in at the kiosk near checkout lane 2 and they bring up all the stuff I ordered. No fighting the crowd and wondering where everything is and its FREE. Must try...

The store is great, the only thing that I have complained about and is still not being taken into consideration is that the young lady behind the cash register handles money and food with the same gloves. She does not change her gloves when handling food (hotdogs). That is disgusting and needs to be take care of. It only takes a second to switch out your gloves and handle food.

I love Sams. But what makes me come back again,and again.Darlene.She is so sweet and ALWAYS has a smile for the incoming.Even though we wear masks she smiles with her eyes.So Thank you sweet girl.You made my day...Totally wish some of the other employees would at least try to be nice👌 .And the manager,should talk to his employees the he did to the young man.The young man was so embarrassed. Love shopping there once a month

I had a small problem I stopped by there and they jumped on fixed it right that did very good work and fast so I could get back to my job ☺️

No food court, had to wait for CSM even though there was a group of th we m standing 15 feet away by the time clock

Always love shopping here. Always have what I need. Sometimes the lines are long but its not a long wait.

As far as the store goes, Sams Club is fine. The parking lot completely sucks...the parking spaces are really too narrow for anything but compact and subcompact cars, and we have a van. They need to make the spaces about 150% wider than they currently are.

Always a pleasant shopping experience with a large selection and quick check out.

Great team! It was difficult to find where to go for certain services, ie. an online purchase. This may be something that could be resolved through the purchasing site.

Everything I wanted I got there,its 9 people in my house for a while so I need big portions of everything!!

Other than the gas station there its pretty good. Getting gas there can be a nightmare.

Pick up service is great, had to send back croissants sell by use by date today. Brought out fresh croissant

Parking was terrible. Had pallets blocking one entrance for some unknown reason. Other then that a normal Sams club

Went for inexpensive gas and got in the que. Everyone was polite and obliging in making the gas buying experience a whole lot less stressful. I saved 25 cents a gallon.

Best of the bulk stores IMHO. And this is one of the better stocked stores. I also find the prices here are slightly lower than other locations. Store is usually clean and neat. Bathrooms are clean. They have a great little eat-in food court area with ample seating.Best rotisserie chickens Ive found (and at the lowest price!) Its the only place i buy meat other than a small privately owned butcher shop I frequent.Customer service is very good. If I need anything, I simply need to ask. That includes loading large/heavy items into my car.I love the different options for checkout. I mostly use the scan and pay app so I dont even have to wait in line. I also know exactly what Im spending as I shop.If I listed everything I love about shopping here, this review would be ridiculously long(er).I highly recommend, even for folks that dont use bulk food.

Location is pretty good mostly, we visit here often enough and trying to get in and out never happens, the parking lot is always a complete logjam, but otherwise its a great location, and seems to keep supply of your popular and less popular items.

My family and I love Sams. We go there quite often. The selection is not what it once was but I think that may be due to Covid. Good prices. Friendly staff. Except on Saturdays 😅

Crowed and messed up the gas pump have created a big problem with getting into the parking lot and getting out of the parking lot. Mainly because of the pallets they think has fixed the problem but it has created a new one.

Is it just me?Do the cafeteria never has pizza? I have got 3 diffrent excuses in 3 different visits.

Nice clean Sams Club. It is in a nice neighborhood but kind of sucks to get to since it is off of Blanding Blvd. I will usually got to the one off of Dunn since it is closer and not as busy. It also has a car wash which was surprising.

I always live the Sams experience. Today it was especially good due to a nicely stocked store.

Today around 12to 12:30 we were 4th in line to purchase gas. When a vehicle pulled in front of the car filling up the wrong way. When the attendant showed up. She spoke with that driver and then us. She wanted all 3 of us to back up to let the car out. All of us told her we waited in line its not fair to cut in line the wrong way. The attendent Made all 3 cars (us) move and let not only that car but flagged in one more. She then pulled out her Sams card for both of these drivers to use. They were differently family. Lets say they were all the same race. Once the second car filled up she put a cone to direct traffic the right direction.

Sam’s is my go to store when I’m purchasing items in bulk size . The pizza at Sam’s is a must every visit !!!!

I was in a Sams club in Jacksonville FL and it was well stocked handles large volumes of people the displays where inciting and you had multiple checkout lines for speedy shopping

I waited 40 mins to get my darn online order.. nobody wants to take the time as a employee to show you how to do online pickup orders.. you can get irate over the phone for 40 more minutes and still be ignored about your pickup order.. all you hear is there coming. Not true waiting at the early morning with Noone ahead of you or behind you.. there always goofing off when I go to the club and have to go inside an get my order. Or socializing about the latest work gossip.. They have alot of great yummy meat options. The staff is super nice & suggestive of anything that you would want help with. I love the donut shop coffee. At reg Walmart u get 97 k cups for 25 bucks. Sams club u get 3 more for the same price. I love the bagged hamburgers. I love all of there muffin banna nut and blueberry selection.

The usual kind of club places you go to. Nothing out of the ordinary, but its good to always have a membership.

They definitely got more stuff in there than the Fayetteville spot. The varieties of stuff are awesome. The gas station is crazy tho, i think the positioning can use some work, because its haywire out there. But hey, they got their own Car wash, which I think is amazing. We werent able to try it because were running on a schedule. All in all, we really enjoyed it. Got my new MK watch too ☺

The price on tires alone is enough to keep me a yearly member. We generally only buy bulk products that dont expire. Tp, paper towels, plates, coffee, canned and frozen goods. The prices on meat is also amazing. Beats the on base commissary even. Wish they carried gluten free bread however.

Three stars only because Sams didnt have everything i came in for. Six of my items to be honest i depend on the products being available especially sense i check the Internet or call ahead.

Love their hours. Scan and Go is great. Online shopping has worked well and their pick up service has been very convenient. And now you can use scan and go at their gas pumps as well.

I had a craving for eggs Atlantic, and even though they werent on the menu they whipped them up! :) Good service, and the food came out quickly. The ingredients were clearly quality, but I got a bad croissant, something was off with the oil used. Win some, lose some... Ill be back.

As of 1:51 am on day 12/19/2020 i am sitting in my semi truck waiting to get 2 pallets unload from my truck. No one is coming to the door and they are 24 hours a day 7 days a week, Night Delivery!!!!! .... This is unacceptable 😤 and i will be getting to the bottom of this .... beware dont deliver here unless you can afford to waste time and money.... unacceptable!!!!! this is just plain old disrespectful .... No one comes to the door on a 24 -7 delivery location?????? i will never shop or deliver here ever, unacceptable.... How can I expect good customer service when, they cant even accept there deliveries on time ?

Great staff, good selection(they usually carry plenty of the sale items from the ads), produce is fresh. Plenty of parking and gas station on-site. Liquor store is attached, but alcohol is also sold in the store too. This location includes optometry, tire center, cigarette sales and pharmacy. The do offer curbside pick up parking around the side which isnt clear. You can utilize the scan and go feature in your app at this location.***this location has moved and updated their curbside pickup to around 8 CLEARLY marked parking spaces. So easy to find now!!

They had everything I needed, but it was extremely crowded with long lines today.

Prices are pretty good and they have most of what I need. The best thing is scan and go on the app. No lines, just scan each item as you put it in the cart and swipe to pay. Done!
