Penske is better with there service center then here.

For be a Kenwood thats the worst place to fix your truck. Im not recommend nobody to get truck fixed there. The guy said you going to be ready in one day that they passed and I still wait waiting two months and a half to fix a fenders and a diesel tank if you want to lose your truck take it to Kenwood very disappointed place

This particular instance I was pretty disappointed. They screwed up one part of the truck and did not fix anything else. I had problems with fuel at the start and I still do but now the Bluetooth is out am AC went out which is not on Them.

Absolutely terrible customer service. Amber, at the front desk, has the worst attitude.

Mechanics are grumpy, you ask them to do things a certain way and they just look at you like you got two heads. Yeah I might not know how to work on everything in a truck but when your crawling in and out of my house have a little more respect, new shop guy is trying to do his best, he finally is getting some help, lease agent is not real helpful, I guess once you sign a lease and they are getting their monthly check thats all that matters

Crazy place, hard to manouver in and out of this place, a mad house, I wouldn’t want to bring my truck here.

Mechanics were rude to delivery driver. Shop was filthy and disorganized. Trash everywhere in the parking lot. Wouldnt take my paper airplane there for service.
