Odom’s did a great job. Very professional. Other than the trees being pruned you would not have even known they were there. No mess left behind at all, barely even saw dust (not sure how they did that). Will definitely use again.

Greg was the contact. Was on time and respectful. Left my yard spotless. Forgot the guys name that grinded the stump. He did an amazing job.

We’ve done work with Odom’s before and have been satisfied. We had an emergency today with one of our tree branches and needed it taken down ASAP. Bradley called us back and although unable to take the job, steered us to another tree service that could help us out. Who does that?! Odom’s . They put customer service before profit. Very appreciated! We will be using their services in the future!

We had Odoms remove two large trees from our property on separate occasions about a year apart. They had been highly recommended by a reputable building contractor that had done some work on our home. The price quoted both times by Odoms was very fair. Both jobs were extremely complicated and dangerous -- huge oak trees that were behind our house and pool. The first one could be removed using standard bucket equipment. That went very well. The second one was more difficult, could not be reached by bucket, and required them to remove everything by pulleys (lowering each huge piece of branch with ropes).There was a problem with the second job. The crew was not nearly as professional as the first time (in several ways that I wont go into), and they failed to put any plywood over our pool deck to prevent cracking as they moved the huge stumps across it. As a result, our pool deck was cracked in many places. In addition, one of the overhanging limbs fell on the roof of our neighbors garage and put a hole in it. I called and spoke directly with Mr. Odom about the problems. After getting an estimate on the pool deck, it was almost the same price as the tree removal. Mr. Odom was extremely apologetic and professional. He said that he would talk to the foreman about some of the personal issues with the workers. He offered to call it even on the damage to our pool deck, and did not charge us anything for the tree removal. He did not argue or make any excuses for what had happened. In addition, he dealt directly with our neighbors and had their roof repaired quickly.I can only imagine what some company owners would have done in this situation to avoid paying for damage their workers caused. I highly recommend this company, because they stand behind their work. Although there were problems the second time around, this is an upstanding company. Every company hires a bad employee or two from time to time, and every company makes mistakes. The mark of a good company is how it handles problems and communicates with its customers. This company gets it right.

FRAUD ALERT!!!!! SCAM ALERT!!!! No stars!!! Verify business license before hiring!!!! This guy Greg is a crook! He did everything in his power to avoid paying his climber the Friday before Hurricane Irma struck! This was his regular payday! We were under a mandatory evacuation in our neighborhood with no money to prepare for the hurricane! Who tries to avoid paying someone for one days pay!?! This guy Greg thats who!!He hired my boyfriend as a full time employee and he maybe worked 10 days total in a months time all the while Greg begging him to stick around while he attempted to get a crew that was sober enough to get up for work! Really!? Then after IRMA he just doesnt answer the phone for his EMPLOYEE correspondence only through text telling him to come to work then not even show up himself for work!He has ads on Craigslist and Facebook trying to hire climbers and ground crew with valid drivers licenses while HIS is suspended!!! You definitely DO NOT WANT To WOrK HERE!And as a customer Im just saying do your homework on his business license! We wish we had done so before my bf had accepted the job!
