I wanted to leave a review because my experience was top notch. I understand why a lot of people leave bad reviews, these employees have rules they have the abide by, BUT THATS NOT THEIR FAULT. My experience was great, my car was towed when I went to get my things both the receptionist and the red haired lady were so kind to me. They were understanding, and she even helped me carry my belongings because the bag was very heavy. She carried a conversation with me and understood what I was going through. She didn’t give me a free pass, like I’m sure a lot of people wanted because they were upset. She has to stick to her jobs rules. They make appointments solely because there are SO many cars there and they can’t have people showing up all at once because that will cause chaos. If you respect these women, and other employees I promise you they’ll give you the same respect x10!

Finally got our things back after a month of hassle. Very unprofessional on the phone when you call. The only decent employee I saw was the gentleman in Jacksonville that greets you to get your personal belongings. Also, some of our things were missing and some employees follow “procedures” while others do not. This was a giant hassle. I was not the car owner, I had been riding with the owner when the car was towed and all I wanted was my personal belongings back.

I understand businesses have rules to abide by and can only do so much, but these people make it as hard as possible to get your car or belongings back. We fought for over a month about a day to come, explaining my husband was in the military so it was very hard for him to just get any day off. After him finally getting a day off and them finally agreeing we could come, we drove about an hour there and it was the most complicated thing to find. We went to one gate and they told us to go around, fine no big deal. We went to the other gate and waited about 10 minutes but no one came out, so we moved to a third gate. Another car pulled to the gate we were at previously and someone came out immediately to help them, so of course we were confused but we just went back to the other gate and waited another 10 minutes. We called and someone said the lady would be right out. Our appointment was at 12:30 and by then it was around 12:45 (keep in mind we were there on time they just took forever to come out and directions on where to go were never made clear.) finally someone came out, but told us we were late so had to come back. Her exact words were “oh nuh uh y’all should’ve been here on time you gotta make another appointment.” So I explained we were there on time and we’ve been through hell making an appointment there and she basically called me a liar telling me “we have video cameras and I didn’t see your car.” She was the most unprofessional and rude person I’ve ever met. We have a video of her yelling at me and telling me to “shut up because she’s doing me a favor by letting us in past our appointment time.” There’s a way to talk to people and even if she genuinely thought we were late, there’s no reason to speak to anyone like that. They put the remainder of our stuff in the car in a trash bag which was ok but I looked through and half of our stuff is missing- I’m assuming they stole it because I know for a fact it was here- my Bluetooth speaker for the car, missing money (I guess my bad for leaving it in the car but I had no idea it would be towed), etc. I’m a very patient person and understood it was a process, but there’s never a reason to make things so complicated and be so unprofessional and steal from customers cars.

Let me say, The people who answer the phone here are low life trash! You call this a business?!!! Where is the Professionalism?!! I felt like I was talking to an uneducated crack head !! Management you need to clean house. Your employees are not Professional nor should they be answering a phone acting like Gang member! The person who answered the phone was Alberto from Miami. My call was made: 7/21/2018. at 1:30 p.m.

Considering my circumstances, getting my personal items from here was only 25 cash and they cleaned out my entire car and had it ready in bins for me. Customer service was amazing and I was in and out literally within 5 minutes. Even the guy that towed my car was friendly!

Terrible customer service. Didnt offer any help or solutions to a very easy and obvious problem.

My girlfriend is pregnant and they refused to let me get her drivers license or health insurance information which she needed for her medicine from the vehicle until I paid $150 cash. When I showed up and asked the staff to open the gate due to the heat the staff was very rude and took so long my girlfriend had to be picked up by an ambulance from heat exhaustion! Total lack respect for human life and only concerned with dollar value bottom line. But you can’t put a price on a human life.

RUDE AF...... The have no customer service skills what so ever. No willing to help at all.
