Received great customer service from Benny! I had a dead battery that needed swapped quickly before a meeting I was going to. He removed the old battery and installed the new one and had me out of there in 20 mins, and the battery was covered by the Autozone warranty which was a nice plus.
Perry and Sam were both awesome, at different times tonight, when I had to visit inside the store multiple times this evening for multiple issues. I needed a break light, which was handled by a simple question I had about the bulbs I found in my glove box, and Perry came outside to assist me in looking over my break light when I was testing them. Then Sam assisted me when I went back in to get a universal joint for my truck. Thanks for all of your support this evening for my minor purchases. Yall deserve this 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ rating and awesome review

Went by Jacksonville Arkansas Auto Zone on North first Street. I a store employee named Darius L or Demetrius ( sorry been busy and can’t remember exactly) he asked me if needed help. I asked if he could test my battery. He did this immediately and tested it running and shut off. He also was able to order a cabin air filter for my car as they were out of that one. Very professional and helpful person. Thanks. The store was very organized and clean.
Purchase some air fresheners they have some on sale at a good price, worked well in my truck. In and out quick.

I asked them to check why my check ingine light was on the man said i need to go plug the thing under my steering wheele and bring it back in.... Siiiiirrrr i know nothing about cars so when u said to go plug it in it took me 45 min to figure out where had to google search and watch a whole youtube vedeo just to figure it out..
Disappointed.. needed engine checked, the plug in little readers didnt work and dude just gave up on me after that

Rhea was a tremendous help this pm: she checked my cranky battery and suggest its the alternator after testing the battery! Then she checked my air filter. ( had to unscrew top and find motor size) after my oil change whilee traveling was out of stock; got that in and tightened down. She also advised not to travel or drive on it ( a2007 Chevy truck). Its so nice to see a friendky, bright, helpful women in the auto field. Your great Rhea! keep up the good work.👍😊

Pretty bad experiences twice in a row.•Store manager Allan F Was very rude and unhelpful.•Parts from Memphis took twice the time to be delivered.•Parts arrived defective.•Twice we had to track the packages our selves and tell the store they had been delivered before they would hand them over.In early April I was visiting my family and working on my car before heading back home. They said a part would be in the next day by 3 PM and it didnt, which I can understand happens sometimes. However, when the part finally did come in a day late, no one called us even though we had stopped by and called multiple times the last two days checking on it.Since the part was late I wasnt able to install it before having to head home. I came back this week to actually put it in and found out the brand new part had a major manufacturer defect. They agreed to replace the part but again it would have to be shipped but would arrive the following day.We called after the morning and afternoon part delivery times and were told that it had not yet arrived. Finally, around 4 PM we went to ask in person when the store manager, Allan F, said if we didnt receive a call then the part wasnt delivered yet. We asked for the tracking number and Allan said he would have to help the other customers before getting to it. Around 10 minutes later he gives us the number that quickly confirmed that the package was indeed delivered earlier that day.From beginning to end all of out interactions with the store manager were unpleasant. He didnt seem concerned that we had experienced multiple issue at his store over the course of two months and continued to be rather disinterested and rude.After all of this we drove the .5 mile to OReillys to get the rest of the parts we needed. In contrast, we ordered a part at 12 and picked it up at 5 with no nonsense.I would also like to add that the rest of the staff was friendly and helpful.

Had a battery issue, the gentleman checked it and it was a bad battery. Go a new one and he helped take the old one and and put the new one on.
Dude had a additude and was kind of a jersey at customer service.. definitely gonna shop with Orioles first next time I am not getting what I need from Autozone. Even reading other people reviews says the customer service things happened more then it should happen. But if its the only place to get it then I have to and OReilly is a bit cheeper too on so.e things. Always lime to price them anyways but I wont no.more if I keep getting thag kind of service.

Do not buy the Enconocraft battery from AUTOZONE the warrantys posted do not apply to this battery its a 90 day warranty i bought one less than a year ago for 79.99 plus tax does not hold the power of a double D battery now the salesperson seem to have a smirk on his face when he told me this find some where else to shop i know i will
The customer service is horrible and very rude from the guys who work here. If they don’t like their job, just quit! And they are not helpful at all... they don’t even bother to ask you do you need help.

Andy/Andrew is extremely helpful and knows his cars. He will explain everything to you and the difference in oils for example he has the best customer service skills I have run across in a long time

Experience depends on which associate it helping you. Usually I have a good experience, but I get a vibe that employees are having trouble working together. Thats awkward. I do appreciate they keep my info in the system, and check my battery free of charge, and even put it in for me.
Ive spent many days in and out, kind helpful staff and quick delivery on ordered parts. Tools and accessories for all purposes but fluids and basics were over priced. Walmart across the highway much more cost effective for fluids and accessories
The store is very organized and well laid out with signs that tells you what is on the aisles. It is well lit, so shopping is not a problem, and auto parts are available for ordering if not already in stock. Usually available the following day. And if you need to have your vehicle checked out for problems they will do it free of charge. They have solved many mysteries for us over the years. I have no idea how the auto parts compare in price, but the other things in the store are quite reasonable, and if a few cents higher than Walmart, it is worth not having to deal with the nightmare of going there. I love the store and I hope you will choose to check it out.

Overcharged for parts I apparently didnt even need. Went to Oreillys and they gave me parts for $100 less and even installed it for me.

Tensioner pulley went out. Broke the serpentine belt too. Had the parts in stock. Even needed help getting the belt on. They came out and helped hold the bar so I could route the belt. Great customer service.
Great place to find basic car needs. Great customer service. Had to get my car battery checked and they offer that as a free service. They were able to guickly resolve my concern and help install the new battery cause with a toddler in tow and being pregnant, car issues were the last thing on my mind and definitely not my forté.
The staff was friendly and we were helped immediately. I would say we talked to one of the assoiciates and was in and out within 5 minutes. Very knowledgeable!
