I filed with turbo tax the last 5yrs and did not get my taxes back. So I decided to try a professional tax company and they were closes to my house.The price is RIDICULOUSLY HIGH! BUT I needed the advance they PROMISED!! Only got 1k. Have not got any updates to my taxes and when i call to check the people are rude. This is no way to treat someone who has given you bu8.. will NOT be going back next year.. dont waste your time

I was overly charged and felt as if i was doing my own taxes The preparer was acting as if it was my job to calculate everything up and still charge me over 1,000.Smh I have filed with them in the past,Theyre nice people But the greed for money has them getting over on people is sick.
