Took 4 months for us to finish filing our taxes due to staff that wasnt trained on their programs. Had forms from out of state that we were told would be easy to file, but took them a long time to figure out. Never got calls to update me on progress and then at the end of the process the rep told me how easy it had been and that he just had been trying to avoid doing the taxes the way his program was prompting him to do. An unbelievably high fee for not good quality work

Everything was good and Ms.Erica did great for being the only person at that location. Need more people there to help her out. Oh and one more thing she put a Q in my name lol.

Update: I went in without an appt. And was in and out within 25 minutes and that was with waiting on someone else to finish. I honestly love Jackson Hewitt and hated having to write a negative report but things happen! I had a 3pm appt came at 230pm and it is now 730pm and I have not budged from my seat once. Only one employee has been here actually working, there were 3 when I arrived which the other 2 up and left 9 people here waiting which Steven could have then picked up the phone and asked for help and didnt. Its now 732 and Steven is now deciding to sit and wait at work until the city of Jacksonville comes and gets him to go home.I have called Frank at another office and reported this office and he said he will b here at 8pm to help. I have always Loved coming to Jackson Hewitt but am extremely disappointed and probably will not be returning next year.

Service was Good they are all kind & patient...Tom Bryant went the extra mile and called the IRS. After that I was good to go!!! Price is still high as H but thats not on them...only complaint I have with Jackson Hewitt 🗣️ come down on that price!

The tax preparer was very efficient and professional. I had a very bad experience last year. They made me feel more confident to file my taxes.

They charged me over $400 to do my taxes and that was without the money now loan. I made less than$30,000 last year and it makes me mad that they razzle and dazzle poor people to get them to come in and get $50 free and get money now. I will never go to Jackson Hewitt ever again and I will tell everyone how bad they robbed me when I was thinking a fair price of $60 would have been sufficient in this day and age to have taxes done when you can DIY it for free.

Absolutely terrible experience the same thing happened to me last year so I set an appointment for 5 oclock this time and I show up at about 445 and there is a sign on the door says be back at 515 I get a call about 525 saying Im on my way be right back who does that

I went inside and it wasn’t busy and I was done within 1 hour
