We have met with the same agent at this H&R Block for several years. Neil Murphy, Master Tax Advisor, is professional, accurate, and right on top of all the new and upcoming tax laws and regulations. He helps us anticipate for the next year, ready for what’s on the horizon. Neil prepares our taxes right in front of us. What would take us hours and headaches is done in about a half hour and that includes friendly chatter too. Our appointment was on my birthday and Neil baked and brought in a cupcake with a candle on it for me. You can’t get personalized attention like this just anywhere! Although we usually have to pay Uncle Sam, we remind ourselves that this is because we are making money and we always feel relieved and cheerful when we leave Neil’s office.

Mr. Murphy excelled not only in customer service but in the wealth of knowledge he possessed when it came to the completion of our taxes. He went above and beyond in order to ensure that all our questions were answered by his self-initiative. Weve never had such a wonderful experience in previous branches visited while living in other States. I definitely recommend this branch and an appointment with Mr. Murphy in a heartbeat.

The price of your service is exorbitant !!! I have never in my life paid that much money to have my taxes done! I used TurboTax and my refund came out to almost as much as I got when your company figured my taxes and I paid almost $350 more to you guys. Totally crazy to pay for $438 for an hour of your time .
