I requested tax filing services from Trey via email on January 22nd and he accepted the task. I checked in on February 1st and he said he would get it done. On February 11th he said it would be done by the end of the week. I called and left a message for him on February 19th. On March 7th he emailed me apologizing for the delay and asking my availability for a phone call, which I gave. He finally called on March 20th, at which point I told him I no longer required his services. Sorry guys, despite the fact that things went smoothly last year, I think you earned this bad review.

We make a telephone appointment, and a few minutes later the taxes are done, including forms from other states. If you’re not using Debbie’s, you’re probably doing it wrong!

Ive had my own business since 2008. Ive had 3 different accountants who have not been able to get it right. Letters from the IRS are not my forte. I told a friend of my woes and she highly recommended Debbies accounting. On my initial consult with her she gave me all kinds of free tax advice. She gave me information that I should have been told at least 3 prior times by 3 prior accountants. Needless to say I was happy to give her my business.At the conclusion of our consult, Debbie gave me a list of documents needed for preparation of both my personal and business taxes. I gathered all of the docs and scheduled my appointment.When I arrived a few minutes early for my appointment she saw me right away. No line, no waiting. We sat and went through all of the documents I provided and she prepared my returns on the spot. Not only that, she was able to locate deductions I was leaving on the table from prior years. She will be amending up to 3 years back as allowed by law. Debbie is putting money back in our pockets! I had asked my previous accountant to review my prior returns, they were never reviewed. What Ive been begging over a year for, Debbie has done in a couple of days. Im beyond the moon.And the staff was exceptional.
