I have had plenty of problems with my taxes in the past. But I have been going here for about 5 years and I havent had any problems since. So I really think shes the cheapest in the whole city and never had a problem with getting my return back. And always get a loan before I get my taxes back. So I will give the service a 5 star and will always go back.

I cancelled their service prior to the start of the tax season. Before the IRS servers were even up. Did not file ONE e-file with their software. If you look at line 3 (f) it states: f. Licensee will be charged outstanding Client Return Fees on April 30, 2019 if the 50 e-File returnminimum is not met. So technically they should have not requested a deposit per their own contract! They kept my ENTIRE deposit of $750 - and did not offer even partial refund. BUYER BEWARE. They have a vague contract, that does not address any type of return policy, and once you give them the deposit, consider the money gone. It is sad that they prey on small tax firms this way. I had to file a report with the BBB & FBI Internet Crime Unit for their fraudulent behavior. Department of Consumer Affairs is next.Once again - this software was cancelled on January 2, 2019 when the government was still on shutdown. This company did not even offer a partial refund. Every other software company has some sort of cancellation or refund policy - even if they charge you a fee. Not even offering a partial refund although the IRS servers did not open up until January 28, 2019 does not sit well with me.Dont be fooled - PayPal only sided with them because I disputed item not as described they told me that if I did item not received I would have won, but it was too late. Not only that, but they said the contract they showed PayPal was different then the one I showed them! They may have altered the contract in their favor and presented it to PayPal! That I will never know.BBB has not sided with them, they merely showed me their response - that case is still in review, I have responded.I asked several times if the deposit was refundable - I have a screenshot of the customer service representative telling me that it was refundable on the contract because I had asked so many times! They screen their reviews on their Facebook page, as well as their website so if you have anything but a five-star opinion, no one would know. If they were as reputable a company as they say they are, they would not do that. It shows that I am not the only one with a complaint! If they had even a half of a heart - they would offer even a partial refund. The deposit was for 50 e-files, we did not file 1, and cancelled before the IRS servers were even up. I understand they spent time setting me up but to not even offer a partial refund to a small business is in my opinion, hardhearted and completely unethical.I will say this - they seem like a decent company if you perform lots of returns, and do not mind switching between desktop and online if you do business returns. But just know - ONCE YOU GIVE THEM THE DEPOSIT IT IS GONE!!! My advice is to evaluate their software until you are absolutely sure it is the right fit, because even if tax season has not started, they will keep your deposit!!We wanted a solution with one log in across platforms - no installs for multiple years so we went with Intuit ProConnect Tax Online (PTO). They are professional and ethical. They do not charge your card until January 31st so cancellations prior to the season are no problem. They have done a major upgrade and now have a user-friendly platform! Yes the bank product costs much more, but if you do mostly business returns as we do (one business return can yield 4-5 xs as much revenue as individual returns) or complex individual returns you should really take a look at PTO!I do have to say they were nice and courteous - but after I cancelled somehow anyone involved with this was unavailable. The owner was on vacation (in the middle of tax season), the accountant no longer works there (I think she was VP of Operations at some point) and Alexis and Omar were unavailable. Sometimes my call did not get answered! They may be in Florida and I in CA so I cannot take them to court, and may have beaten me with PayPal on a technicality, but what I can do is give a warning to small tax firms and I will continue to do so!
