New owners are amazing! Power couple. I had issues with my riding lawn mower and didnt have ramps for my truck to load it so they came out and picked it up fixed it and dropped it off. the turnaround was very quick. The second time my battery drained and he came and charged the battery for me. After I finally replaced the battery because he said eventually I would need one and I didnt know what I was doing he came out to install the battery the right way and finally took it with him to fix a tire and brought it back. Very reasonably priced every time.
Jaime and John were so professional and helpful. Pickup and delivery was very easy and I had my fully functioning mower back within 48 hours. I would use them again in a heartbeat.
Dopped off my mower for repair and chainsaw for sharpening. Went back a week or two later after not hearing back (my number is up to date, theyve called in the past). Mower was ready, saw still hadnt been sharpened. Took the mower home, kinda forgot about my saw (Im a busy dude). Never got a call. Remembered my saw was still in the shop (in all fairness, about 2mo after drop-off) and went to pick it up. They couldnt find it and said they might have scrapped it. They searched for like 30 minutes while I stood there wondering if I still had a saw. Eventually I got my saw back but obviously Im going to Cooper and Sons from now on. The mechs do decent work I guess but the new owner is clearly not up to running the joint.
Just administratively awfull!!terrible first impression when one enters. literally looks like a junk yard inside. a testament to its disorganization.Work is incredibly slow. i mean tortoise slow. they are obviously understaffed with mechanics. of course, there is a sign that says amount of time of work depends on repairs, if parts need to be order and amount of customers in front of your repair job - i get that. however, a simple job as i had should not take four weeks especially when they claim parts arrive in three days.now administratively, this is a straight amateur business. i called and first time it seemed they had issues with locating my equipment. I assume over the month that i was forced to call that they eventually learned which was mine.one particular call amazed me in that after a month, i was told it was ready yet never received a phone call, and was told they were unsure why it was just sitting there at this point but needed to speak to the mechanic. it was ready and never got the phone call to come get it until my final inquire as to why it was taking so long. there answer as to why so long was i dont know.i called to discuss the matter of time of repair and they did take $10 off for my inconvenience though i requested $20. but something is better than nothing.now, in all honesty, they seem to be reasonably priced which is a plus. thats the reason they get two stars instead of one.i personally however from now on will use a more professional and prepared business even if costs me more.There seems to be no communication between the mechanic and those answering the phones as questions cant be answered sometimes and they say they need to call you back. sometimes they will call you back that same day and sometimes they wont call you back the same day as it happened to me.finally, when my mower was dropped back at residence, they did not even return the same ignition key that i gave them. they inserted another bent up key that does work but its the point of matter. thats poor professionalism. its apparent that my key was lost in the junk yard somewhere and they gave me what they had available to start my mower. apparently, that was not worth mentioning to me as the customer. trust and believe im looking for another repair shop.if you got time to wait and turn grey in the process of waiting for repairs then this is the shop for you. If you want good customer service, timely updates, and highly effecient repair facility - i suggest you look else where as i am.PS, DIDNT REALIZE UNTIL THE NEXT DAY, THEY DISLODGED THE DECK SHIFT COVER AND JUST LEFT IT AS IS.
I wish I could give no stars. They have had my lawn mower for a week now, I have called everyday to try to see where they are on working with it. They have not been able to tell me anything, I still dont have my lawn mower. Tomorrow I will picking up my lawn mower and taking it anywhere else!!!
Great place for help with your lawn mower repairs. If they dont have the part they order it.Ben there 3 times already and will be going back for sure.
Under new ownership highly skilled mechanics and extremely polite and knowledgeable staff!!!! Would visit again.

Rude,Rude,Rude staff especially the so called mechanic. Does not know how to fix electrical problems on lawn mowers. Hey thats your job. Stay away from this business.
Same experience as others.. I did not end up even going to this business, nor will I ever, because they were extremely rude on the phone! I called to get an estimate on a lawn mower repair and instead of giving me a price, was told You just need to take yourself to Walmart and buy a new one.... thanks buddy...
