On May 01, 2020 I purchased a 61 inch Scag Patriot from Henrys. I had completed hours of research and learned Scag mowers were highly recommended. I purchased the mower and used it for my business. I love the ride, quality, looks and performance. However, at or around 22 hours I started to experiencing starting issues. It was determined after the first repair to be a loose ground wire, which caused the battery to fail.This was the first time I had a new machine fail. Obviously, it was a huge inconvenience, because I was out in the field. I called Henrys that same day and they tried to trouble shoot it over the phone. Tried all the recommendations and nothing worked. They even offered to send out a mechanic. The next day they sent a gentleman out to pick the mower up. I live approximately 38 to 39 miles away.They repaired the machine promptly and returned it within a few days. It was fine for a short time and failed again. This happened 5 times. Henrys never hesitated to make good on my purchase. They loaned me a mower on one occasion, set me up multiple times to have it repaired closer so it were less of an inconvenience. After the 5th failure they suggested I return it to their store. They offered to give me a brand new machine. However, I decided to upgrade and they in turn paid my remaining balance off for me without question.I am beyond pleased with Henrys and would recommend anyone to them. They stand behind their products. All the staff are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Sometimes, we end up purchasing things that just never seem to work as designed. I believe the unit was a lemon. Henrys went far and above to help me out and treated me fair during the entire process. I will definitely purchase from them again. Thanks for taking care of me after the sale.
