Great people and very knowledgeable. They also register the product you purchase for you. Most people never remember to register their equipment for the warranty, so I consider that above and beyond service. Their prices are also competitive.

I went there the first time this past Wednesday to repair my chainsaw and pole saw. I believe that this is a family owned business and you get that treatment. The staff are professional and courteous. I was called before repairs to let me know what needed to get done and the cost and again when repairs were completed. Repairs were made the same day and the repair price was very reasonable. I actually expected much more. I will definitely go back there again and highly recommend this place. I do not easily make recommendations unless they are deserving and this place is deserving of a recommendation

This place is unbelievable.!moved here from Maryland last July. Needed help on some equipment that had been in storage. Service was fast and the cost was very reasonable. Fixed my Cub Cadet rider ( my bad) same day. Staff is very friendly. Sean the owner is very personable. Purchased a Stihl Chainsaw. Going back for a weed wacker.

First, let me just say that anyone who ever rated this business as one star needs to have their head examined. Barbara is about the sweetest, most helpful person you could ever hope to run into. She was a lifesaver for me yesterday and they will definitely be seeing more business from me even though Im in Wilmington and theyre in Jacksonville. Do yourself a favor and disregard any negative reviews you might see on here and stop by Coopers to say hi to this amazing woman and the rest of the staff who Im sure are equally as helpful but they have their work cut out for him were going to measure against Barbara!

I highly recommend customers and consumers to do business with this place of business. The employees were extremely professional and on a scale of 1 to 10, They are a 100. I called them first thing in the morning. They had the part ready when I walked in, and I was out in less than 3 minutes. This place of business is heaven sent for they provided me with exactly what I needed and in record fashion. I own a commercial lawn care service, and purchased an echo trimmer from cooper and son. This was a lemon of a trimmer and had nothing to do with the store. Instead of turning me away, they handled the situation perfectly and I was able to buy another trimmer at a much better price. Thanks again guys

I have used them twice now to fix my scag zeroturn,the first time they fixed it it was very fair priced in done in a timely manner next morning it was ready to go. Then about three weeks later I had a very similar issue took it back they call me back a couple days later told me to come get it no charge.very polite people that only makes the experience better. Now concerning the other reviews on here I think it is just easier and more convenient for somebody to say something negative about something then to say something positive and negative word travels 10 times faster than a positive word. I have had the absolute best experience with these people I will be using them for all my small engine needs

I have had multiple dealings with the folks at Coopers. They usually have what parts I need in stock; even some random ones. I do all my own repairs, so I cant speak to that side of it, but I have had nothing but a positive experience with the parts side of the house.

Called and asked if I could bring my mower in, very nice on the phone, extremely quick service, got it back maybe 2 hours later, if that. Good prices too.

Been going there for my lawn equiptment repair needs for years. If they dont have part In stock it usually is there the next day. Family owned local business ran with consideration and courtsy for their customers.

I have a older stihl chainsaw that I use from time to time. The chain kept coming loose so I took it to coopers. The first time the mechanic told me I needed a new sprocket which did not fix the problem. The second time he told me I needed a new side cover which did not fix the problem. The third time I went he told me the chain was to long and he would gladly take out a couple of links. He then said he he took out to many links but could not find the old ones so he then tried to tell me I needed a brand new chain wich he was trying to charge me for even though he just lost part of my chain. I left dissatisfied to receive a phone call stating he put a new link on the chain and could pick it up. Later on I discovered he put to many links on wich he told me was the original problem. I called them and explained to them what happened to tell me there was nothing more he could do. The chainsaw was my fathers and I wanted to keep it and service it. Overall I spent over 100 dollars and I still have the original problem. I will say the lady who works out front is incredibly nice however I will never do or recommend business with them again.

Piss poor charge you for things that do not even do never go back again

Within 30 minutes they rebuilt my carburetor for my weed eater and sharpened my chain on my chainsaw. Theyre professionals. Never seen anyone rebuild and sharpen as fast as they do
