Diane was incredibly helpful and offered local drop boxes for small quantities of recyclables. She also spent time explaining how to help an apartment community successfully start a recycling program. Hopefully, my complex will use their services soon. 🤞
I was looking for some recycled newspaper to use for moving purposes. Upon calling I spoke with Diane and at the time she didnt have any newspaper, however instead of the call ending there, she helped connect me with another company who had used bubble wrap. This is how relationships develop and our world continues to turn. Humans helping out fellow humans. Thank you Diane, and North Florida Recycling!
I recently called and wanted to see if I could drop off several cardboards at this location to recycle. The first time, they hung up immediately soon after I introduced myself. Next few calls, they let it go to voice mail. This is how you treat a new customer? Dreadful.
This place is pretty quick most of the time, the staff is very limited as far as employees. They do take just about everything u can think of to recycle, ur basics, plastic, glass, cardboard. But amazingly, they take old paint cans, spray and aerosol cans, muriatic and sulphuric acid containers. Etc.Etc. Give them a call and make sure b4 u just take anything up there though.
