We asked and asked for a final pick up including our box. They failed to pick up despite telling us on multiple days they would. We are having to find someone else to shred, transport it ourselves and dispose of their box. When you try and reach the local office, you can’t and you are stuck with corporate headquarters. Currently, the corporate phones are not working even. It is impossible to reach anyone or solve problems. Very bad customer service. I wouldn’t recommend and wouldn’t use again.

I have worked in 2 offices where they are serviced by Shred it. I have never seen such rude and seemingly unhappy people. These route drivers are all we see of this company and its not good At All.
