You know, these days some places act like they are being inconvenienced by your very presence, but not Snap2Ship! The staff was friendly, cordial, APPRECIATIVE, and very happy for me to be there as a customer.I live in St Augustine but since they were so friendly I will come back as a customer when on routine business in Jacksonville. REAL people serving their customers with servants hearts and true customer service too!

The individual working today was not very pleasant. Bad attitude, correcting costumers, giving attitude to other coworkers, and overall just wasn’t very nice. Made me feel like I was an idiot when I clarified something. I wouldn’t recommend this particular store.

Our post office is 7 miles away, so if I need to get something in the mail after our Condo mail pickup, Snap to ship accepts it and gets it into the mail that day, very cordially.I also send a number of overnight packages and letters and am very glad to wait in line for a couple of customers to finish because of the convenience and professionalism.The owners and their closing employee always give me several options on the least expensive delivery options and I use the business almost exclusively.Thank you.

Skip This place. A rip off for sure. I just went in to mail a package and purchase stamps for my Christmas cards. The normal price for Stamps is 47 cents and a book is $9.40. I was charged $11.50 for the book and needed a few extra, for the additional 7 stamps I was charged 75 cents each!! Outrageous behavior on the part of this owner. What should have cost $12.69 cost $16.75. A nominal fee for convenience maybe but $4.00??? He should be ashamed. AND it should be posted or the customer told about the surcharge so you can make a decision as to whether you want to pay that price. Mistake on my part for not asking. Only recourse is to never go to this place again and make sure I tell everyone I know not to use this place.So disappointed and upset. I would have given no stars but you must select a star for comment to post.

I needed to mail something to Latvia and this place was recommended. I received a friendly greeting when I walked in and the guy at the counter was very helpful and informative. He had charts ready and explained how the shipping process works and why insurance/tracking isnt available on some options. Great experience and I would use them again.

Pros: Clean, variety of options for service.Cons: Prices are definitely higher than USPS, however as Ray said “Its the cost of doing business”When presenting shipping options don’t overlook the minimal cost, in an attempt to state the highest option and then get defensive when questioned regarding other options.I’ve frequented this place of business several times, however this time Ray created the most unwelcoming experience ever. The encounter felt as if I was visiting the DMV.Next time I’ll drive to the Post Office. As always in business it’s not what you say, but how you say it.

Today i went in with Christmas presents wrapped without any boxes to ship them in! The staff was so kind to help me find boxes for each present and he even custom cut the boxes to cut down on shipping costs! Ive had a bad experience with this place in the past, but they have really changed my view on this business! I will recommend them to everyone!

My wife went in to ship 2 small items they ended up putting in way too big a box which caused problem with the prepaid shipping label and they overcharged her $23 to package the two small items for cardboard box and packing materials didnt give the price up front and then added extra at the end watch them or they will overcharge you! ( get all pricing up front, dont assume they will be fair and reasonable, I personally will never use then again and if I need something packaged fedex right next door packages everything with pricing upfront much more reasonable). Worst of all the package was for the United States Postal Service and it was not picked up until the following day even though we dropped ithem off early in the morning, which made me look bad because I was supposed to ship it the same day. Way overpriced definitely avoid them if youre in business and cant afford excessive charges.

Invasion of privacy! Owner is very rude and racist. Im a law student and he felt the need to rip open my package after I told him not to because he wanted to retape it and charge me $5. I have come here several times before and have dealt with the coowner. I have never felt so disrespected and robbed in my life!
