Will Vasana!! This is so overdue. From the moment we were put in touch with Will to help us find a condo in Jacksonville,Fl we had no issues and always his undivided attention. I am the type of person that wants everything fast so I thought the best way would be to spend one full day looking at every possible condo within our budget, area and other must haves. I thought this was strange when Will said we can go out as many times as you need but I suggest 5 or 6 viewings to be the max in one day. He treated my home with a complete lack of respect and his office staff is rude. There was never any sense of urgency or care in my dealings with his office. My listing with Will Vasana culminated with me pulling my listing off the market, worst of all he LOST my house key and when I attempted to follow up about that, he rudely dismissed me, forcing me to come out of my own pocket to change the locks of my home. There are many realtors in Jacksonville and Id recommend looking elsewhere.
