My wife and I have had 2 terrible experiences with sothebys.I would not trust Bryan moorman or Nick Eklund to buy or sell a doghouse. WORST REAL ESTATE EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE! If I were to rate my experience between 1 and 10 they would get a 0.

Beware if you plan on working with broker Jeff Chefan. He was representing the seller on a commercial property I was trying to purchase. Seller accepted my offer and his realtor that works for him withheld the contract for signature from seller because Jeff went and made his own offer to the seller, knowing our agreed upon price. Very unethical. I had heard talk about him throughout the community and he certainly lived up to his reputation.
