Our experience with Jax Pro Pressure Washing was a total nightmare. Travis sent someone out to do a soft wash on our home, but we were left with streaks and black marks all over our house. Travis came out to look at the job and told me that the house was sprayed way too hard with the machine. He made many false promises and wasted a bunch of my time for months, having me get him paint samples, having me get estimates from painters, etc. I missed work waiting on painters he was sending out to fix the job that never showed up. In the end, he did nothing to rectify the situation. Jax Pro does not carry the proper insurance to coverage negligence if the job is done incorrectly like what we experienced.

I reached out the this company in regards to a job at a rental home. I left a voicemail with the company and was called back promptly. I have the gentleman my address and he was able to quickly provide a quote, we agreed on a price and date. Once the time came to complete the job, I received nothing but excuses as to why they could not show up. I gave this company more that 2 extensions as I had a time frame to get the work completed. They never did the job and I was forced to let another company have the work. I have never experienced a company that doesnt need the business but Im glad this one is doing so well

I contacted Jax Pro to clean 2 homes. They gave me a solid quote within an hour and showed up promptly the next morning to get started. One home had not been cleaned in 10 years. It came out fantastic. The second home was a Two Story and the eaves were difficult to get to with the gutters at 20 feet and they were dirty. Not to worry! The commercial equipment they use really did the job. They exceeded my expectations! These guys are real pro’s! Thanks for a job well done. I will use them for all cleaning in the future.
