The whole experience was excellent, from Jason coming out to provide an estimate, dealing with Aaron in Dispatch and Art and crew for the service. They were all professional and courteous. Communication with Krystal Klean by phone and email was responsive. The team at my house was young, energetic, and answered all my questions politely. The house is absolutely sparkling and it was not an easy job. Itd been a number of years since Id had it done and the back of the house is two stories high with hard to reach nooks & corners and a tricky new wood deck with stairs. Their equipment & cleaning solution is effective, up-to-date and easy on the paint and siding. The price was more than fair. They will be my go to provider for this service in the future.

Friendly guys who did a great job. Driveway looks amazing. It was full of dirt and mold, that has all gone. They did a great job of cleaning the windows to. Would use again. Only complaint appointment was between 8 and 10 am and it was nearly 11am before they showed up. Would have been nice for a phone call saying they were running late.

PROPERTY MANAGERS, STAY AWAY!I’m left with egg all over my face. This company is completely unprofessional. The crew was cursing on my clients 140 unit condominium property. They used bleach on everything, including flowers, plants and bushes. They will not replace the Landscaping that they have damaged, as they promised that they would, before the job was awarded to them. If I could give negative stars for this review, I would have. I’ve made sure that all of my fellow property managers understand how this business operates.

Hired Krystal Klean to clean my roof, house, pavers and deck at the end of the year. They didnt show up on the day they were scheduled to come out. Had to call them to reschedule. When they did get here, I asked them several times if my plants around the house would be ok. They reassured me they would. When they were here for the quote, they asked me to move my potted plants away from the house. I moved them into my covered lanai. All the sudden, I noticed they were inside spraying where my potted plants were. We asked them again if they would be ok, offered to move them and said we didnt want them to die. Again, we were reassured they would be ok. They were not. Ive had these plants for 7 years and now they are all dead. Im still waiting to see if some of my landscaping in front of my house makes it, my Iris doesnt look happy. On top of that, they ruined my deck, white washed a table that shouldnt have been touched and there are still dark spots on the roof. We had to deal with the overwhelming smell of bleach for weeks. My boyfriend and I are scent sensitive, we couldnt stand being at home. I recommend taking on these tasks yourself, I wish we had.

I cannot say enough about Krystal Klean. They are attentive to their customers and do excellent work. Indie and Hosea did a fantastic job pressure washing our house and driveway. They moved the furniture from the porches before cleaning and returned everything when they were finished. Very nice and considerate employees with good work ethics. We will continue to use Krystal Klean to keep the outside of our house looking good!

We had our house pressure washed. The job was sloppy. My husband had to direct them to finish certain areas.They killed all our plants with their bleach. They made no attempt to avoid the plants, cover them up or even ask us to cover them up.We have had the house cleaned before, and everyone else took care of our plants. But we would have done it ourselves, if they had warned us that they would not.I am going to have to spend another $300 to replace all my plants.

Art spent additional time to remove the mildew from my metal roof. He made sure the customer was satisfied with the work. I appreciate his extra work. I would recommend them.

Our eaves looked so bad we thought we needed to paint and the roof, less than 10 years old was covered in black streaks. I called Krystal Klean, and they cleaned the roof and eaves, and I have a brand new house. No need to paint and for a less than the cost of the paint. Quite and professional.

Our very first project with Krystal Klean went extremely well. They are an excellent company to hire and produce quality work. Tony Morgan and his team do a great job communicating throughout the entire process. Well certainly be using them again in the future.

I have had Krystal Klean wash my windows in the past and had no problems. The last time they also pressure washed my wood deck in it is a disaster. There are large bleached spots on the deck and surrounding fence like railing. I was told by 2 different employees different rasons. One reason was that it had not been painted properly and the paint had come up through the wood which was now bare. I didnt think wood could be stark white if it is bare. They did not offer any solution and I will not use them again. The 3 stars are for the windows not the deck.

I had these guys come out on Tuesday of this week to do my two car driveway and walkway they came out and did it took them exactly 11 minutes and then they drove away I told them that this was unacceptable it wasnt completely done they still drove off .so I called the office Tuesday afternoon after they had finished the job and talked to Rich and he said that he would send them back out and they would redo it and the time frame was on Thursday at 11 which no one showed up so then I called and talked to Aaron and asked why they werent here and he said he did not know so he made a phone call. then I proceeded to get a phone call from a manager and he told me he would be by to look at it . And at 1pm he showed up he said the crew was behind him the crew they redid the driveway .we as customer should rnot have to call and ask why they did not show up .and another thing I called and called could not get no one to answer in between all this time left a message and still no one from the office ever called me back even as of 3 this afternoon so thats bad customer service also.

Another great experience with Krystal Klean. This is the third time they have come to my house to pressure wash and wash windows and I am always impressed with their professionalism and pride in service. Nick and his team (Truck 38) were on time, made sure they understood the scope of work to be completed, reviewed their progress mid-way through, and after they finished came back by to double check every window and make sure there was not a drip or smudge. I highly recommend them and will use them in the future :)

Krystal Klean pressured washed my mothers house which included the driveway, sidewalk and cleaning the windows. After the job was finished we were amazed how clean and like new the home looked. The driveway and sidewalk was especially a tough job given the amount of mold/mildew that had built up over time. Completely unprofessional! I live in a condo complex and my building was scheduled to be pressure washed and no one from Krystal Klean even showed up! Now their giant lift parked in the emergency vehicle lane in front of my building- which is impeding traffic on my narrow street- will be left there for days. I tried contacting them about it but no response. I certainly wouldnt ever do business with them after this.

Gave Krystal Klean on Atlantic Boulevard a shot at removing some very stubborn rust stains from my driveway. I was impressed with their initial contact, worker professionalism, efforts to remove the stains, and the final results of their work. Would highly recommend.

These guys do great work. On time, professional and competitively priced. They have cleaned our whole house including pool deck and two story screen enclosure. The quality of their work has been outstanding. We have them do our work annually and have never been disappointed 6 years and running.

This afternoon my neighbor was using them to power wash the outside of his house. One of the men working knocked on my door and asked if he can get in my backyard to finish the side of the neighbors house. I tell him yes just give me a minute to let my dogs inside. When I bring them in they are DRENCHED in bleach. I share my concerns with the worker telling him if they ingested it it could make them really sick and hurt their skin/eyes. He then tells me “just give them a bath we’re only here to work on your neighbors house”. If you were here to “only work on the neighbors house” then why did your product get in MY yard and all over MY dogs? If there was even the slightest chance of any of the cleaning chemicals getting onto my property at least give a notice to make sure children/animals aren’t in the front/backyard until the job is done. Show a little consideration. When I came up to their truck to get the company name and number the same worker approached me telling me not to call and to “just give the dogs a bath” and telling me that they never should have been outside. They wouldn’t have been if I would have received proper notice. I never got an apology, never got asked if my dogs were okay. Terrible communication and customer service.

After calling them at the direction of Lee & Cates, what I needed was clearly explained and I thought understood. They came out, caulked the wrong thing - only to make it harder on Lee & Cates when they come! Wasted a hundred dollars - manager did take off 50% of bill. Ive had issues with their scheduling dept so had to stop using them at my office as well.Update - after reading my review I was contacted and after explaining what happened, I was offered a refund on what I paid. At least there is follow up and they wanted to make things right.

Ive used Krystal Klean several times over the past couple of years. Both residential and commercial applications. I couldnt recommend a better company to pressure wash, paint and water proof. Extremely happy with every service and price, very fair price! Dont waste your time with fly by night pressure washing companies I would recommend these guys any day of the week! The most professional, detail oriented, and polite company I have ever worked with! I hired them to clean my dads roof (he is 70, and was still cleaning it himself!!). While he originally didnt see the need to hire a company to clean his roof, when he could technically do it himself, he was so impressed with Krystal Klean, that he always uses them now. Very reasonably priced, and they always do an amazing job. I have since hired them to clean the windows on my home, and my roof as well. I recently moved to a new rental house in Neptune Beach, and contacted Krystal Klean for pressure washing and window cleaning. They were out quickly to do an estimate and then scheduled me soon after. I am very pleased with the results. There was a porch with a pretty bad mold problem that they did wonders on. The house, windows and driveway look great. Ryan and Justin were courteous and on-time. I definitely recommend the company, and may be looking to use them for painting work in the near future.

I have been a customer of Krystal for seven years or more. I have my windows cleaned in my home at least twice a year. I tip the guys well. I made an appointment over one week ago for 1:00 today. I called after they were ten minutes later and the dispatcher said “oh, they will be at least an hour late”. NO CALL. I found out myself. I fired them today. That is what you get for loyalty.

I hired Krystal Klean sight unseen based off of such good Yelp reviews. I have to say that my expectations were pretty high with such good reviews. They were sadly not met. I ordered the deep clean package which covers sweeping and moping all of the floors. After the service my floors had obvious spots that were not cleaned, no furniture was moved and my couches are not heavy. They slide on tile very easily. The bathrooms and kitchen were adequately cleaned, but the master shower looks like it wasnt touched. Im pretty disappointed and will not use them again.

I personally know the owners and a few of the employees who have always shown kindness, patience, and excellence in work. If you are looking for respectful workers who take their work seriously and their customers more seriously, Krystal Klean is where to go.

This company is beyond unprofessional!!!!! WOW. I hired them to pressure clean a property I manage and the workers they sent out were extremely rude, swearing to each other in front of my customers and left without cleaning up the mess of water bottles where they parked their trailer. The job was ok but I would not recommend them. Poorly run business!

I hired them to remove some rust stains (from fertilizer) from my sidewalk. Their sales guy did a sample which worked fine, so I hired them. The team showed up and could not remove the stains to the same degree as the sample. They also managed to stain my sidewalk with permanent white blotches from the chemical, and also the edges of my sidewalk were destroyed by the application to the point where the rocks of the concrete are now exposed.When I discussed this with them they merely said their goal was to remove rust only. So, they not only failed to remove rust, but they damaged the driveway further.These guys might be good at window washing, but do NOT use them for anything serious. It cost me $300 and my sidewalk looks worse nowUPDATE: I received an email from Krystal Klean, who agreed to reverse the billing and, in return, asked me to specifically remove my online review. In the spirit of update, I have not had to pay them $300, which is good, because it actually cost me more than $300 to have my damaged sidewalk removed and repoured. However, I will not remove my review as it is factual and if I was shopping for a cleaning service, I would be grateful to honest and accurate reviews.

When Benjamin and his crew from Krystal Klean arrived, they were on time as promised. They walked with me around my house noting the mold and mildew that had accumulated on the walls and around the eves over a long time. My job was pressure washing the house and three shutters. Benjamin offered and I agreed to also include clearing clogged gutters on my screened patio addition. Within one hour the project was completed. I am so pleased with the results!
