Reflections not only did a fantastic job of pressure-washing our outdoor spaces (paver patio, driveway, etc.), but were so professional in doing the job. They communicated so well - we had our (very reasonable) estimate weeks in advance, the employees called to let us know when they would be arriving (early), and the employees were very professional when they arrived. They were very detail-oriented, taking care of small things (like washing off our Adirondack chairs and little extras) that just felt over and beyond our expectations. These guys have great looking trucks! Thats how I found them. But... when i called, I received a super-professional and reasonable quote and with a commitment date. Two guys showed up on the committed date at the committed time with one of those nice trucks. They cleaned rust stains off of about 70 feet of white vinyl fencing. IT LOOKS NEW! Then, they power washed the driveway, taking extra time to remove stains I never thought would come off. Theres a lot of people out there who do power washing. These guys show up with the right tools and right know-how and did the job.

She followed up before I scheduled services, but wasn’t pushy like a lot of other companies (very go with the flow). She really was dynamic in that she was willing to schedule this how I wanted to and worked very hard to ensure the dates/times I wanted, happened. The estimates were also accurate. They didn’t charge me for services I didn’t ask for or need, very understanding. All employees were wonderful to deal with. When the other employees came onsite, they were also great. Walked me through before to make sure I knew what was to happen and after to make sure it was all good before they left. If I need this service again, I know where to go. Simple to deal with and reliable. I don’t think (I know) I would use this company again.

WOW!Let me start by saying the first thing that pops out of everyones mouth when they see the job the team at Reflections did on my home.I live a few blocks from the beach and on a busy street. Because of that, the constant barrage of salt air, marine moisture and road debris takes a heavy toll on my home. I tried hiring a pressure washing service in the past, but the results were not only dreadful, they actually damaged the walkways around my home, leaving them permanently scarred. I had all but given up and resigned myself to the fact that my house would need to be repainted and that I would never be able to truly see clearly out of my windows.On a friends recommendation, I gave Tom and the team at Reflections a shot at straightening up the mess.
