I don’t believe I can recommend this place enough. Amazing quality and professionalism.We noticed roaches in our garage for a couple weeks, tried some at home remedies and pest control products. Nothing worked.Came home from vacation and noticed 3 roaches and a wasp when we came home. We called, and they came same day. The women who answered the phone was able to get us an appointment with Daryl who was incredible for the same day. (Friday, after 5 PM as well).Once he was done, we walked around the house so he showed us and explained what he did. In the garage, we saw roaches running out from cracks and dying. I could not believe how quickly and how many there were.Extremely professional, attentive, and respectful of our home and possessions. Cannot be more happy enough with this company and the experience.

Home was infested with roaches, thousands and thousands and they are all gone !!!!!

Daryl came out to take care of the ants and various other bugs that creep into the house during the summer.When I had to reschedule due to a last minute conflict, he worked with me to arrange a better time. He called before the appointment to let me know he was on the way.When he noticed I had tree limbs overhanging the back roof and overgrown grass and weeds there, he arranged to have someone come over and do those the next day!I would highly recommend his company for all your extermination needs. We just moved into a new house and while we havent noticed any bug issues (aside from wasps), we wanted to get a pest control service started seeing that were now in a much warmer climate than where we moved from. I was impressed with the nice lady in the office who was able to schedule a technician to come out the next day. He arrived and did a whole house inspection including the outside eaves & the yard. He even offered to repair a couple of screen covers on the eaves in the back of the house. We will be using Ratchet Roach for our ongoing pest control needs.

I loved their service!!! I have had a roach problem for a little while. Living in a trailer where everyone bombs it was bound to happen. Darryl was very fast, polite, and knowledgeable. And yes they took care of our problem! I was seeing so many since I work overnight Im up in the wee hrs of the morning about 3am I would have unwanted friends in odd places. After about 3 weeks I rarely see 1 or 2. Just a reminder while getting things like this done before they come lock up any animals and move things away from the walls. Cant wait to speak with Jasmine very soon to set up my month to month service.

The rates are more affordable than expected! We called after realizing we had a problem, they came out quickly to help. Daryl is very knowledgeable and thorough. Our roach problem was TERRIBLE. We decided to call ratchet roach and get a quote. After a couple of sprays and some up keep our roach problem is no longer existent.I had the pleasure of having Daryl come out to our home! Very professional, friendly, and considerate. We have two dogs and their treatment is safe to animals as long as you let it all dry up (make sure to inform them if you have animals).Overall I recommend this service. For the next few weeks I would find dead roaches around the house but still find live ones at night. Called the company again and they came back out to spray a second time and placed baits free of charge. Now I dont see any roach at night. Recommend!
