They have very nice people that work there and you can pretty much get any kind of pest control service that you need of any kind all you have to do is call and ask and they can work with you on pricing and times and schedule appointments for when you will be there or even when youre not

You sprayed not only my house but my rental property and my boyfriends house. I’m very glad my mother is staying because she hasn’t had a problem with your services. Me and my boyfriend on the other hand are the ones who had the problems and are the ones not using your services ever again. Thank you for your fast response to my negative review. Have a great day!My mom has been using Knox for a long time and recommended them and they came out and sprayed and everything seemed fine other than them not spraying for the fleas in our backyard that we specifically told them about. Fast forward five days later and we still have bugs.. alive bugs in our home. My mom decided to call them and try to get them to come back out and they said they would call us.. never called us. My mom then called a second time and then finally Milly called us on Thursday and said the earliest they could come was Monday. She said someone would be out Monday afternoon and they would call before they came. We sat around all day Monday waiting and no one ever showed up or called. Overall we are very dissatisfied with their customer service.. and we will be taking our business elsewhere.

Knox Pest Control Tech Denise S. address all pest control problems immediately. Shes very detailed oriented, and is always upbeat when she arrives at the property. The residents loves her. I would definitely recommend Knox to address all pest control problems.

It’s hard to find a company with values. I reached out to them originally because I liked the image they present on the website (and I couldn’t tackle these stupid palmetto bugs!). I was happy to find that what you see online is what you get in person. What keeps me with Knox is the service. We worked with Chris and he is awesome!
