Best inflatable company in Jax. Josh and his team have been helping with our backyard 4th or July Extravaganza for 2 years in a row. He is professional, courteous, and makes everything very easy when it comes to set up and break down. We rent the BIG slide and it will NOT disappoint! Kids and adults slid from 3pm until dark and would have gone longer if it wasn’t for the fireworks show we put on. These slides are very well maintained and very clean. The bounce house/water slide was great! The delivery pick-up was not within the expected window, but we were okay with that. The one issue that bothered us was with how the company put the stakes in the ground. Unfortunately, the crew did notice that as they were hammering one of the stakes, it was being drilled into a tree root underground. We ended up having to dig up a good chunk of the surrounding area to get it out. They, of course, wouldn’t have known what was underground, but for them I think a lesson learned would be to stop driving the stake if it is met with significant resistance.Overall: Great bounce house. Great slide. Limited water pooling in the yard. Some damage to lawn due to staking removal efforts. Nearly on-time delivery/pickup.

Hired coastal moonwalk after our initial reservation backed out 1 week before our event. Josh with Coastal Moonwalks did great - on time and excellent service. Kids had a great time on the slide. Great service and great company. Will definitely use again.

We booked right before COVID hit. We asked for a refund and were told we could just have a credit. No mention of extra fees were mentioned. When we were finally able to rebook the following year, we were charged more money. I believe this is underhanded and bad business. The person who brought the bounce house was grouchy and disgruntled. We will not use them again. Be sure to read the fine print and ask lots of questions!

First class operation

Ordered the Luau Bounce House for a large community family event. Communication with the company was excellent either using direct phone contact or e-mail. The company worked with us for flexible delivery and pick-up as our event was under 6 hours of use. The Luau Bounce House was in excellent shape, very clean and easy for all ages to enter/exit. Our community will definitely use them in the future.

The reason they are getting one star is a poor customer service. The day before our rental I got a call with the question if they can bring the bouncy house a day earlier between 3 and 4 pm I said cool and thank you very much and rearranged our plans. It was raining so around 4 pm I called and they told me that they are about 40 minutes away, 20 minutes later I got a call and they said that due to rain they will bring the next day as I originally scheduled and because they already promised us to give extra time the guy talked to his boss and we can keep it till Sunday night, the Party was on Saturday. I said thanks again. On the day of the party I asked them to let me know when they are planning to pick it up and that I was told that we are keeping till Sunday night. The guy told me that he will text me that night. I didn’t get a text. It was raining whole day of the party, kids still enjoyed it though. On Sunday we blew it up to let it dry and left for a few hours in the morning. As soon as we left I got a call that they are coming to pick up a bouncy house in 20 minutes... I asked what happened to the owners promise to keep till the evening and I was told that plans changed and they need to clean it up. I said ok, but felt very disappointed at the whole situation. To be clear I never asked for additional time it was offered to me twice by the company, I had to rearrange my plans, get kids exited and upset. I called and talked to Josh my whole intention was to let them know that the whole situation wasn’t handled right and I’m not planning to post this review, but instead of simple sorry for miss understanding I got a very heated response and poor customer experience. I have to say this place is cheaper than most so I guess you get what you pay for.

Excellent experience. The drop off was right on time and took about 15 minutes. They explained how to turn it on and off. Next day they returned for pick up and were gone in 10 minutes. Will def recommend and use them again.

I rented a bouncy house combo for my son’s birthday party, last Sunday, March 8, 2015. I must say nothing but great things about the service and the product. I called first time and had a great introduction with a smile in the voice of the person who picked the phone up. I got all needed information and booked a bouncy house at once. Delivery was confirmed, on time, and with a nice customer service of the delivery person. The bouncy house was nice and clean. Thank you helping me to make a great birthday party for my son!

I called up Josh again, and he was able to add the chairs to our order with no problems. They delivered and set up everything on time and they returned on time to remove the items. Excellent service. Me and my girlfriend went to pick up a bouncy house for our daughter first birthday wanted to make it special when we arrive we went by the internet address witch they moved so was driving in circles . When we finally arrive we park and one of the employees said you know you can get towed for parking here . All ready giving me a bad impression . We said we are here to pick up a bouncy house he said well u need a reservation. I said I have one . He walked away rudely and call his boss then I spoke with him and I had the times mix up witch the owner was nice and explain it to me . Then I gave back his phone . When I was getting in the car he gave me a nasty look and said have a nice day in a mean way . So I was going to show up later at the right time to pick it up but decided not to because how rude the employee was I didnt pick up phones calls or anything and lost my deposit . Just by the way I was treated by the employee . I felt like he didnt like Spanish people in a way because we pull up in a truck to fit the bouncy and he intimately Locked the front door to the place. If he was nicer I would have came back but from the start he was rude and didnt want to spend are hard on earn money there . We was stress and didnt need rude people I was hoping picking up the bouncy house wasnt going to be a problem but guess not . We ended up getting a last minute bouncy house somewhere else and the kids were happy and we got good service. Would not drive far for rude employee I wish I remember his name but I dont i know he was talk white with blonde hair and was wearing shades that day .

Rented waters slides, snow cone machine, chairs, tables, obstacle courses. Always in great condition. Wouldnt rent from anywhere but Costal!
