This place is a horrible.They didn’t have extensions cords, the bounce house is in horrible condition. The netting had wholes all throughout the house. It was muddy and wet in the house, and it smelled horrible. We couldn’t even use it. It was a complete waste of money, honestly. But what made me upset, was they picked it up 2 hours earlier, and the “kids” that called to drop it off hung up on me. I can really careless about the condition, but the customer service I do care about! I asked for them to contact to me do you think I heard from them? No.Don’t waste your time.

This place was a joke!! I made a reservation online. The time I selected was 9am because we were having an early party also selected to keep it over night. (Pick up 11:30 the next morning) They didn’t get to my house til after 10am. They guy setting up asked my husband to use his blower and a hammer... things you should have setting up bounce houses/water slides. Didn’t have me sign any type of paperwork. Also didn’t ask for the rest of the money but then called after he left to tell me he was gonna charge my card when I specifically said I would pay the rest in cash. (Definitely not my responsibility to collect remaining balance) I obviously told him I had the cash and I would make sure they got it upon pick up! ( I wasn’t trying to get it for free lol I just forgot to hand it to him and he never asked) They came the next morning to pick it up around 930 am. So I didn’t even have it for a full 24 hours but yet I still had to pay $315 which is outrageous to me! I used this company because it was last minute and they were the only ones that had availability for what we wanted! The one good thing I will say is the owner was very nice to talk to and the slide was very clean. But they definitely need new helpers and better organization! And stop trying to rip people off when any other company will let you keep them for the whole weekend! I will never recommend this company to anyone!!

Scheduled a bounce house at 10:30am. The guys showed up at 9am. They set it up and left. The bounce house wont blow up fully. We called and was told they would be bringing a bigger one to make up for it. 5 hours later im writing this review from my porch waiting to have a working bounce house for my daughters birthday. Wont be recommending this company to anyone. Worst $300 i ever spent...

Wonderful time we had rented with this company for the first time and we will definitely be renting from them again. This is the 3rd company we have tried and im glad we found them. We rented the minnie mouse bounce house which was really cute my daughter and her little friends played in it all day. Company is reliable and owner is knowledgeable thanks Jacksonville Bounce House for making my kid party a fun day

I booked Jacksonville Bounce House as a backup company for my daughters birthday party because the other company I booked with, Bounce-A-Roo messed up my order for a completely different bounce house. My daughters B-day was 4-20 Saturday and I called Jax Bounce House Friday afternoon 4-19 and they had an awesome slide that they were able to rent to us last minute even though this was a busy weekend (Easter). The party was scheduled for 2 p.m. and they came and set-up the bounce house around 1030-1130 a.m and assisted with trying to help with making sure running the electricity didnt trip any circuit breakers because we had 2 inflatables. I was told the slide was new and it looked new as well. We didnt have any issues with the slide, delivery or customer service. Customer service and delivery were top notch, matter-of-fact, the owner, was my customer service and well be using Jax Bounce House for our future parties, beware of Bounce-A-Roo.

Best place for renting water water slide bounce hosues, the staff was great, they set up early and picked up a little late so we had extra time to enjoy the bounce house. We would definitely use them again
