I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Taylor’s tire and auto to everyone out there. The service was AMAZING. They have done a oil change on my car and recently just put four brand new tires on my car for a incredible price. I will not not let anyone else touch my car no matter what. Again i HIGHLY RECOMMEND TAYLORS TIRE AND AUTO AND THE SERVICE WAS AMAZINGLY FANTASTIC.

Love working with Taylor’s tow company. Both the office staff as well as their drivers are great. The other day, I had to pick a vehicle up from them and with it being Friday I got backlogged at work. I called them while in route and they hung out waiting for me to get there before locking the door. Great family business! Keep up the great, hard work y’all put in and Thank you again!

Great service!!! They have really good used tires for a really good price after calling around in Jacksonville for almost an hour this is definitely the best place to go to. They where very kind and they worked fast I will definitely go back to purchase tires from them any time.

I Just spoke with the rudest woman in customer service. It is not a potential customers fault that your towing vehicles are down. This ....woman yelled Honey! Honey! Honey! Our trucks are down until Friday!!! I was simply asking her company for a tow and describing where I was and where I needed a tow. News flash! Thats what customers do. She could have simply said they dont have any vehicles at this time. To cut me off by yelling at me is disgusting! If that....woman is the face of your company then It Is Sorry!!! I will Never use nor suggest your company to ANYONE! In fact Ill make sure I do the exact opposite and tell anyone I know that your company is a direct reflection of your piss poor customer service.If I could rate zero stars I would!

Make sure if they know how to fix your car first!!!!!!! What kind of oil change charge for $84? And they don’t even know how to do that? they don’t even have oil. They actually bought the oil from other places.

The two gentlemen that towed my car were verry friendly and verry professional. I wrecked my vehicle into a tree and the gentlemen properly pulled my car from around the tree without causing any further damage to the vehicle. I would recommend their services to anyone that needs a tow.

Terrible Towing company. Very unprofessional lady at the front desk by the name of Michelle. This company towed my credit back to me after having an airbag recall. They dropped my 2002 Honda accord off up against tree branches and in the mud resulting in two tires being knocked off. So just to get the tires changed I have to pay another towing company to come move it to another spot and pay for new tires for something thats completely Taylors tow fault. They are refusing to speak to me about it. Michelle keeps saying she cnt speak to me I have to talk to the manger then everytime I call she says the mangers out of town. This company will ruin your car and not take responsibility. Stay away!

Great friendly staff. Everyone helped me load my heavy uhaul trailer and even cut old locks off of my tow hitch.

Your better off being stuck on the side of the road than calling this company. They towed my 2016 front wheel drive vehicle from the rear tires, instead of on a flatbead, to the wrong city!!! My car ran perfectly before they towed it. They were dispatched for a flat tire. When they where done with it, they destroyed my transmission. When questioned about it, they assume zero responsibility, and bold faced lied about the type of tow truck they used to tow my vehicle to cover their mistake. They lack honesty, integrity, and apology. RUN, DONT WALK, FAR AWAY..from this piss poor excuse if a towing company!!
