Service was faster than camping in the hardware store waiting for help and/or for someone to figure out the key cutting machine. I was a little hesitant to use the service because I used it a few years back and the key didnt work and getting a refund or new key wasnt as easy as they claimed, and I ended up going to the hardware store anyway. I got 3 keys made this time and all 3 worked. I really liked that if you pay a little extra for 2 tree designed keys, they plant a tree.

Made a house key and came home and it worked :)
