The managers treats the employees with very little to no respect, they consistently take away employees sick and vacation hours saying it was computer era. Not a good company to work for, losing contracts finally, yeahhh

Life is hard enough with all that is going on in the world. So it is unfortunate to have to go to work and be talked down to and belittled. The staff is constantly bullied by managment. To be specific Felix Soto. He uses his position to make employees feel less than. As a company that is losing good employees maybe its time to look at the management. No one should have to work under fear of losing their job. Especially if they have never had an issue until Felix Soto was given a managment position. As a company I ask that you look into this man. Do your part to ensure that your employees are treated well. I will do my part by going to corporate to make sure they look into this situation. If need be I will go as high as I need to so this situation will be rectified.

THIS IS NOT A GOOD COMPANY TO WORK FOR! ONLY IF YOU NEED A PAYCHECK! THE COMPANY IS SLIMY, THE MANAGERS ARE LIARS, YOUR PAYCHECK IS ALWAYS SHORT AND YOU HAVE TO WAIT TWO WEEKS TO GET YOUR MONEY! YOU HAVE TO DEAL WITH LAZY COWORKERS, RUN DOWN EQUIPMENT, AND NOT HAVING THE PROPER ITEMS TO WORK WITH.
