She is conscientious about checking in and following through. We have been very happy with the service on the management end, as well as the cleaning end. They are professional and trustworthy. What I like best about them besides doing a great cleaning job is that the managers communicate with you, and listen to what you have to say and act on it. They are always concerned about your happiness and pop in every once in a while to say hi and do a spot check on the cleanliness of the place. I would highly recommend.

Absolutely the BEST service we have used! General office cleaning, heavy-duty floor and grout scrubbing, anything we ask of them (up to and including cleaning out the refrigerators), they do - and they do it very well!The Vanguard team is personable, knowledgeable, and an absolute pleasure to deal with. I only have to mention something to Alissa or Woody, and it is taken care of. I no longer feel the need to check behind the cleaning crew - what a relief!
